Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 IC System collection agency added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Upon further research this account was transferred/sold and i am no longer responsible for the account. IC System did not verify this collection. Also, there was no written form of communication, contact or signature. For this accused debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt. And anybody can send a bill and say its mine. According to the FCRA IC System has valuated my rights as a consumer and i'm requesting legal action to remove the accounts immediately.

Consumer Complaint: IC System has placed a wrongful derogatory mark on my credit account based on fraudulently charged fees on an already closed cable account. The original alleged debt came from XXXX XXXX XXXX. All equipment was returned in person and services stopped on the last day of then-current billing cycle. XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to bill me despite the account being closed and in turn sold the incorrect debt, which has been sold now several times over. I have successfully removed this debt from my credit several times in the past already, but it continues to come back as it continues to be fraudulently sold when the owner knows full well it is a debt I do not owe.

Consumer Complaint: I received notification that a collect account was reporting to my credit report from an account I have no knowledge of. I spoke to the original creditor who asked that I submit a fraud complaint form and I would receive resolution. The complaint was submitted and I was left a voicemail that the debt was validated based on a match from public records. I requested a signed original contract as well as any and all validation they have to prove this is my account and NOT a result of fraud. I have since proved to the CRA 's that the " public information '' is inaccurate and it has been removed from my file ( i.e. address ). The collection agency was able to provide me information regarding the debt by locating the account using my SSN. They provided me with the Account number which has lead me no where with the Original Creditor. When speaking to the original creditor, I have been advised they ( the front line representative ) is unable to discuss the account without the account passcode. I informed them seeing as how the account was established without my authorization, I do not have that information. I have been unable to receive resolution from either the original creditor nor the collection agency that is reporting this debt.

Consumer Complaint: I requested services on XX/XX/2020 for telephone and internet services for a new home that I purchased. I was told that the router for the internet and the services would begin on XX/XX/2020. I did not receive service nor any equipment, I contacted XXXX, a technician was sent to my new home on XX/XX/2020 and the technician could not get any connection for service, he told me he would put a ticket in to cancel the service, I called XXXX on XX/XX/2020 and was told that the ticket was in and the account was closed. I received a bill from XXXX via the XXXX app at the end of XXXX 2020, and immediately contacted XXXX and was informed to disregard that bill, the paper bill will be {$00.00}. I now receive notification from a collection company who is trying to collect {$31.00} for services that I have never received. I contacted XXXX and each time I am transferred to the collection company. Today I went on the XXXX Chat line with their representative and I have a part of her message below ''. " thank you for waiting, i was able to check the account, please disregard the bill you received, no balance on this account i will create a ticket for you to stop receive bill ofr this account '' I have been getting the run around since XX/XX/2020. Please help me resolve this dispute. Thanks

As you can see from the attached drivers license at the end of the lease, the signature doesn't match my drivers license. Also, it's against the FCRA to add interest onto a collection. Consumer Complaint: To Whom it may concern, I recently challenged the validity of I.C. SYSTEM, INC ( Collection ) account thats being reported on my most recent credit report. Upon challenging this, XXXX ( credit bureau ) deleted the account based on the lack of ability to properly verify all reported information being accurate. I noticed as A result of challenging this account with your company you have verified this same account. It is my understanding that the creditor reports the same information to all credit bureaus as expected under FCRA, if this is true I am requesting the information you used to verify this account in writing.
