Consumer Complaint: I disputed this 2 years ago because this debt is over 7 years old and XXXX has removed it from my credit report. I stopped answering their calls because they threatened to ruin my life and they keep changing the dates to make it current. The new date they have is 2019 and I havent had sprint in forever I have had XXXX and XXXX isnt a company any longer. When I dispute this with experian and XXXX XXXX they wont remove this with IC Systems. Why do they believe these sleez balls! The credit bureaus are horrible and when they make a mistake they wont correct it! The amount is wrong at XXXX I dont know how they came up with this number I had them for

Consumer Complaint: I C System has been calling to collect the debt from XXXX XXXX of central XXXX. Not only have I paid off the security system before I sold the home 5+ years ago. They wont stop calling me very early in the morning I have been working in XXXX on and off for the past few years and I am getting collections calls as early as XXXX local time. Consumer Complaint: Hello, On XX/XX/2020, a dispute was settled for a past cable bill I shared with a ex about 15 years ago. The debt collector at this time was called "XX/XX/XXXX. '' It is for " XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX'' This was deleted from my credit report on the date listed above. Here are the results of my dispute : ITEM IN DISPUTE XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX DISPUTE REASON : Accuracy This account is too old to be on my credit report. This account is closed. RESULT : Disputed item deleted XX/XX/XXXX investigated your dispute and deleted this item from your credit report. Now, it has appeared back on my credit report under " I C SYSTEM '' It is for " XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. '' I am not responsible for this account and it should be deleted from my account. They should NOT be allowed to change debt collecters and start the process all over again. Please look into this and delete from my credit report ASAP. Thank You, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I didn't receive any communications from XXXX that I had owed a bill to them until the account went into collections. I had switched companies and wasn't aware nor did I receive anything my phone, email or mail. As soon as the bill for collections came to me, I immediately paid it - I have perfect credit aside from this debt. I had disputed this originally and was under the impression it was removed, but it seems it was only removed from XXXX, not the other 2 bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: When I cancelled my service with att and finished laying everything off. They sent me an additional bill for {$2500.00}. I asked for itemization on the bill since I didnt know what it was for. They sent another bill and it just said I owed money but didnt explain what for. I went to the closest store and they couldnt help me. Said I needed to go online. So I did and they sent another bill that was supposed to be itemized so I could see what this mystery charge was for. The bill was again not itemized so I have no clue what the charge is for. I explained I am not going to pay a mystery bill with no explanation as to what it is for. Then they sent it to collections. While dealing with them I was told I could get an itemized bill. I never have received one.

I am victim of identity theft and would like I.C. System to provide proper validation, above verification, of any relationship established. I am exhausting all efforts to quiet this claim, and aware of legal remedies, that could be costly, to have I.C. System, Inc., prove in a court of law that this debt is valid. I.C. SYSTEM, INC. continues to harm my credit file with negative reporting and not properly validating alleged claims and shall remove this immediately! My position is legal based upon sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. These laws are to make sure that a level and fair playing field exist to protect American consumers from abusive reporting procedures on credit reports, as well as illegal and deceptive collection practices. I stipulate at this time that are no condition am U making an identity theft claim or accusation, so I demand that policy be adhered to by all creditors and respective credit reporting agencies. Amended consumer rights Fair Credit Reporting Act Public Law 15 U.S.C. 1681 : https : //www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/pdf-0111-fair-credit-reporting-act.pdf Fair Debt Collection Practices Act : https : //www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-text On these subscribers that are reporting the affixed information, I am requesting full validation such as, original transfer rights to collect, confirmation of legal timeline to report on credit and/or collection procedures, validation of licensing requirements, posted bonding requirements, oversight on monthly payment histories, proper subscriber agreement compliance with credit reporting agencies, and overall compliance with all Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act bylaws as mandated by federal laws.
