Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX made a billing error on my account. I've contacted them numerous times to fix this account, to no avail. In total, I've spent 10+ hours on the phone with company to get the billing error corrected and each time promised that it would be resolved. The alleged amount of {$51.00} ( which is an error ), is now on my credit report. The company that is reporting the amount on my credit report is IC system. I have disputed the amount electronically with IC System in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX via XXXX XXXX dispute process and the amount is still showing on my credit report. As a result, my credit score has now dropped by XXXX points which is impacting my access to credit and how I conduct business and my personal affairs. In addition, this has caused undue unnecessary physical and emotional distress. The dates that I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and was promised resolution of this account are as follows : XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; and XX/XX/XXXX. I was also sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX escalations acknowledging that the billing amount submitted to collections was incorrect.

How many other patients had XXXX tests and were lied to by XXXX XXXX that your insurance would pay for it in full and then received a bill? This scum bag medical facility then sent me to a collection agency. YES, I do have the money to pay but you lied to me and told me there was no co-pay. You didn't collect a co-pay from me at arrival and told me the insurance was covering it 100 %. How many other people did this medical facility defraud?

Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX XXXX two years ago and went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They had me coming back weekly for XXXX. I gave them my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for my co-pay for each visit. Two months ago, I received a letter from IC System ( acct # XXXX ) Stating my account was in their hands with a balance due of {$340.00}. I immediately put it on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I received the attached letter, from their attorneys office, stating the balance was paid in full on XX/XX/2022. I also sent the letter, verifying the account had been paid in full, to them. In reviewing my credit report, it still shows the balance is due. I disputed this with XXXX, however after they verified, since the information had never been updated, there was nothing they could do from their end. Today I spoke with XXXX at IC System, who said my file is confusing and still shows the balance due. I explained the story to her, and stated I had sent the Receipt that the account has been paid in full the end if XXXX ; Yet she stated they had not received that either. she tried to call her supervisor, who is not answering her phone. On the recorded conversation, she stated it should be cleared up by the end of XXXX. I am not waiting two months due to their incompetence. I am a XXXX XXXX and I do not need this additional stress.

Consumer Complaint: I requested a debt validation from the credit companies for each account. ALL FOUR REQUESTS FOR VALIDATION MUST BE RETURNED in 30 days. I requested on or around XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, 2022. As codified by federal law I requested : Debt validation- 1 ). Copy of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT with my SIGNATURE for the debt. 2 ). FULL payment history from the original creditor 3 ). Need the name and address of the original creditor 4 ). Need proof that they now own Or have been assigned to collect the debt. Most companies sent the name and address of original creditor and the proof they have been assigned to collect the debt not NONE of the credit companies showed NO ACCOUNT WITH AN ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH SIGNATURE OR A FULL ( not just a month or two ) HISTORY. As codified by federal law these accounts must be closed and must be removed as a Derogatory mark on my 3 credit reports. I gave contacts them to explain that they have not returned the full request as required by law and are refusing to close and remove remarks.

Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt you say I owe you.
