Consumer Complaint: I'm XXXX XXXX, I need your Help in contacting this company. I made an effort to contact them to find out who had opened an account in my name and why. I'm disappointed that this serious problem is now affecting my credit score. I don't allow anybody to use my name, birthdate, or any other details since it also violates data privacy. They need to identify the person who opened the account in my name and give them the data rather than me. Kindly help me in resolving this.

This means they are not only in breach of contract with me but with every other account I.C System is servicing. I am requesting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus launch a class action against I.C System on behalf of all other consumers. This company is in breach of contract and failed to comply with the arbitration provision on the debt they are collecting.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, IC Systems contacted a person other than the consumer that they were looking for XXXX XXXX about an alleged debt and violated FDCPA and my consumer rights. The IC Systems representative told the person on the phone that they were calling to speak to XXXX XXXX and that she owed a debt. They never stated they were a debt collector, they falsely represented themselves stating, this account was placed at their office, which is not true. And they stated that they were going to garnish my wages which is another violation of 15 USC 1692e ( 4 ). IC Systems was not given permission to have and/or use my nonpublic personal information by requesting me to verify my social security number, which I never gave to them. I looked up IC Systems and they are clearly a debt collection agency, they falsely tried to represent themselves as an agent of the state of Kansas, violation of 15 USC 1692e ( 1 ). This is a clear violation of 15 USC 1692b ( 2 ), IC Systems is using unfair practices to collect an alleged debt. IC Systems has used abusive, deceptive and unfair debt collection practices and misrepresented themselves when trying to collect an alleged debt from a consumer. IC Systems has failed to comply with the provision provided under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I had previously disputed account as I do not recall having this account active with this creditor for that reason I was asking for them to delete. I am not sure if XXXX XXXX and creditor didnt get my letter because they have not recorded that account has been disputed by consumer and I do see that account on credit report has not change. I have also asked to verify or delete account. I have not received any kind of document stating that this debt belongs to me or that that account has been verified and account continues to report incorrectly on credit report.
