XXXX XXXX XXXX told me there was nothing wrong with me then said I had XXXX and sent me on my way ( he misdiagnosed me because other neurologist later determined I had small XXXX XXXX XXXX. My insurance company paid them everything that was owed per their agreement for this type of visit. They are charging a predatory consultation fee of {$500.00} because they said the appointment and services rendered took a long time. It was a standard appointment. This doctor is knowingly creating false bills as my insurance company has reached out several times to explain why he can not bill this per their agreement and he disregards their contractual terms.

Consumer Complaint: I have two collections reported on my credit history. Both in the amount of {$670.00} and from XXXX. I have twice contacted ic systems about verifying the accounts. The first time, in XXXX I received a letter stating that they could not verify the accounts and would stop reporting them. They did not stop reporting them. I sent another verification request in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response stating that they can not respond because they need further information to include a reference number from previous correspondence ( I have never received any correspondence except from the above stated instance and that letter had no reference number. ) they also asked the name of the creditor, and any phone number they have used to contact me. They have never called me, and I dont have the name of the creditor. So they are reporting to my credit after stating they couldnt verify my debt, they dont know who the creditor is to this unverified debt, and are asking for a reference number I have never received for a debt they can not verify.

Consumer Complaint: Hi I am Im making this complaint against I.C. SYSTEM, INC for identity theft. I have never given I.C. SYSTEM, INC any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 15 USC |1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until I.C. SYSTEM, INC can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and I.C. SYSTEM, INC continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and I.C. SYSTEM, INC will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. The credit reporting agencies were notified this account is result of identity theft.

Consumer Complaint: I checked my credit report becaue my fico score had dropped drastically and I was confused as to why. Upon checking my credit report it showed an address I had not lived at and a company I did not work for. I called the credit bureau and filed a dispute. They informed me that I would have to contact the collection agency ( I C System, XXXX ). I did this and they said it was an outstanding bill for XXXX XXXX for {$380.00} and how would I like to pay for it. I told them I had not lived at the XXXX XXXX address and that it was not my bill. They then told me I could contact XXXX to see what they would do but until then I owed the bill.I contacted the XXXX XXXX Department and submitted all the information 2X but they have not called me back after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I gave them the last 4 digits of my social security number but I refused to give someone in the XXXX XXXX my full number. I was assigned a ticket # and I was told I should hear from them within 2 days and that was the middle of last week. I have since made a police report. I have lived at my current address for the last 48 years and in fact had XXXX during the time the debt occurred at my present address. I supplied them with utility bills for the time represented but so far it hasnt been removed.
