Consumer Complaint: I opened an Apple Card with the sole purpose of using it for the interest free monthly payments on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. On pre-order day, I attempted to use the card to do so, but was met with the following message : " Thank you for your interest in Apple Card XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately, your payment was not approved at this time. Please go to the Wallet app to manage your Apple Card account or chat with an Apple Card Specialist. You can also continue your purchase by selecting a different payment method '' I've contacted Apple Card Specialists twice regarding this, and both told me the same - that my card was under review and had to wait it out. Funnily enough, I'm able to purchase other items just fine, even after attempting the XXXX XXXX purchase. However, any attempts to do the monthly payments ends up being declined. It's frustrating as I have already applied and been approved for the credit card with the intention of getting this product. Now, I've missed out on my desired pre-order pick up window and have to wait for this issue to be resolved. The XXXX XXXX officially releases on XXXX XXXX, and now I'm not guaranteed to receive it.

Consumer Complaint: In the year XXXX I was involved with an individual XXXX XXXX who applied for a credit card with Goldman and Sachs and Company. He put my name on the card without my permission! I found out about this XX/XX/XXXX, when it appeared on my XXXX credit report, I immediately looked up the company and found it, I then called and spoke with a person. I explained my issue and they told me it was nothing they could do, because I'm not the account holder! frustrated I call the person listed above and asked him to remove my name from his card, because it is affecting my efforts to build my credit! he said he did! then entered a dispute with XXXX Credit Bureau the same day as the date above, because this company appeared again on my report! Now again this has appeared on my report XXXX I submitted another dispute and again XXXX looked into it and said it was a verified account! even though I have explained to them that I don't, nor have I ever had a card or used a card from or with that company! Now after all my hard work to improve my credit! XXXX has allowed that person 's credit use to affect my score! On XXXX XXXX it is still there, and XXXX won't listen to me! I'm so frustrated that now I'm thinking about suing XXXX, Goldman and Sach and Company, and XXXX XXXX! And I would like to note that I checked to see if this false information was listed on the other credit bureaus. XXXX and XXXX it was not. Please help me resolve this matter before it gets worse!

Consumer Complaint: I was robbed and assaulted in XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX am. The individuals watched me enter in my XXXX passcode on my device, and stole it while it was open. Within XXXX minutes of the robbery, they changed my XXXX password and locked me out of my account and device permanently. With this change, they were able to have full access to my banking, financial information and Apple Pay cards ( XXXX, Apple Card, etc. ). One of the charges they completed was at the XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX ( open XXXX hours ) for {$6900.00} on my Apple Credit card with Goldman Sachs using Apple Pay. It was around XXXX am they went to the store and fraudulently made this charge without my permission. I have filed a police report with the XXXX, have a case number and documentation from the detective which details the robbery and assault. I also filed a complaint with the FBI, as these individuals tried to steal more than {$50000.00} from me and {$5000.00} from another account, and {$700.00} from another account ( which were all resolved successfully - I have my money still ). Goldman Sachs has successfully returned another fraudulent charge they made for {$72.00}, but not for the {$6900.00}. I did not make this charge for {$6900.00} and Goldman Sachs has denied my claim, saying that the charge will remain on my account. I have provided them the FBI report and XXXX report. I now have another piece of documentation from XXXX which confirms I reported my phone as stolen which includes the IMEI number. The XXXX also has this information as well. Goldman Sachs said to include the FBI and XXXX report as proof when I initially called which are screenshots in the attached file. I can give the name of the XXXX detective if necessary. I also can provide the other fraudulent charges they did on other cards and accounts if it helps verify the legitimacy of this robbery and crimes they committed against me, which the XXXX is aware of ( I sent them everything )

Consumer Complaint: The merchant that Greensky funded was NOT in good standing with the State of California Contractors ' Licensing board and Greensky should have never offered funding option to that merchant or to us. The merchant had multiple complaints against it, yet Greensky offered funding. Per Greensky merchant agreement, the merchant was to be in good standing at all times in order for Greensky to offer financing to consumers. Greensky failed in their due diligence to ensure the consumer was protected from fraudulent merchants. The merchant in question, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, has had their license suspended and per the State of California Contractors ' Licensing Investigator, their license will not be placed in good standing, and they will never do business again. We as the consumer are now out of a warranty for the product. Greensky 's negligence has harmed us, and we are asking for a review of the account and a credit placed on our account for the warranty and product we did not receive/request. There are also still issues with the installation and we have no way of having it fixed through the merchant Greensky guaranteed. There are still multiple complaints pending against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, including ours, with the State of California Contractors ' Licensing board.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a dispute for a XXXX charge and my account reflected a provisional credit of {$27.00} given on XX/XX/XXXX while they investigate. The funds never reflected in my account. I was then informed that the dispute was resolved in my favor and the credit given to me would remain on my account on XX/XX/XXXX. The funds never reflected. I track and pay very close attention to my account and have urged Apple Card support on numerous occasions to take a deep look at my account and they will find that although it says the credit was given, the funds never came and my balance never changed. Apple Card keeps saying my charges and payments match, but thats the thing, they should not match, they should reflect a subtracted amount of {$27.00} with the credit!!!!!!!! I am tired of the run around and no one is actually adding the numbers up and seeing that the credit amount is missing. This is fraud!

Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase at the apple store, using my apple card. The transaction appeared to go through while at the store. I got no notification of any problem with the transaction. The Apple store business team called me to say there was a problem with the transaction. THey attempted to run it XXXX XXXX for {$4200.00}. The Apple order support team said they saw an error of something to the effect of " Daily transaction limit exceeded ''. THey asked me to call the Apple Card support assuming there was some kind of flag to be removed. I spent 40 minutes talking to Apple Card ( ie, Goldman Sachs ) support. The two representatives. The supervisor, XXXX, filed a complaint on my behalf and also escalated the ticket. The problem was that Apple Card is blocking my transaction arbitrarily and their support staff is not empowered to explain or correct the issue. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX 2023 I requested the temporary deactivation of my XXXXXXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I asked in XXXX support chat for my XXXX XXXX to be reactivated. After I reactivate my XXXX, my Apple Card can not be added to XXXX XXXX on any of my XXXX devices : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX Account Balance also can not be added to XXXX XXXX However, my wife is a co-owner and has full access to the card and everything works fine on her XXXX. Initially I asked XXXX support for help. I went through XXXX XXXX agents who assured me that the problem was not on their side and transferred me to a Goldman Sachs agent. The latter asked the responsible team for 10 days to resolve my problem. No resolution has been made so far. I ask that all contact with me be made via email. Consumer Complaint: Ive been charged AFTER I closed the acct. they have done this to me XXXX {$15.00} of the balance was fraud/disputed back XXXX XXXX & they credited my acct only to re-charge the XXXX later on so I was very upset & texted w many diff CS reps ( I am deaf ) only to get more upset bc they refuse to take it off-even tho the acct was closed. How can I pay the balance on XXXX only to b charged {$4.00} same day!!! Doesnt make any sense & they already ruined my credit score for this so I am fighting it bc its WRONG-so wrong & against my principles. I shouldnt have even paid the other amt bc half wasnt correct.
