Consumer Complaint: Made a purchase for {$340.00} on XX/XX/23 at XXXX XXXX. Merchant delivered my order XX/XX/23. Upon inspecting order, it was not what I had ordered. I ordered 7 yards of topsoil. Per their website, the soil contains 50 % soil, 20 % compost, 20 % aged leaf fines, 10 % sand. What I received was mostly wood chips and trash. There was scrap metal, nails, and trash throughout all the soil. I contacted merchant and they didnt get back to me for days. All they said was that it was delivered. I contacted my credit card company to initiate a dispute on XX/XX/23 and I provided the relevant evidence and information. Numerous times they have not resolved the dispute in my favor, saying that I agreed to the merchants terms or service, when that has nothing to do with anything. Their product delivered was not what I had ordered and their terms of service state Im entitled to a refund and return, which the merchant would not let me go through with. Under the fair credit billing act, I believe that my credit card company is failing to confirm as the product I received was not what I paid for.

Consumer Complaint: I entered into a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for a pool to be constructed along with a patio and pavilion. Per the contract, a final payment of {$8700.00} is due upon completion of the project. The project was never finished as the company filed for bankruptcy. I paid a total of {$7700.00} and withheld the final {$1000.00} payment until work was completed.I paid {$6700.00} on 2 different cards that I also disputed, and I was refunded by XXXX XXXX. The final {$1000.00} that I paid was on this Apple Card. I opened a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX with Apple Card after finding out that my pool was not going to be finished and that I would need to hire a new company as they were filing for bankruptcy. One of the owners of the company texted this to me after me repeatedly trying to get them to finish the job throughout XXXX. I have been trying to get this resolved numerous times with Apple Card and they will not rule in my favor and in addition, have provided zero evidence to substantiate their claim.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a banking customer at Marcus GS for a long time since I was still a graduate student and throughout the time I was working in XXXX. However, I recently started working in XXXX and when I tried to access my account, my access got blocked and my account was therefore locked. It has been more than 6 months and despite numerous calls, there has been no change to my account status and I am still unable to access my account despite having provided numerous details, notarized certifications, and other things. For each my call, the customer service representative will only tell me that it is blocked, there is something wrong with my phone number ( e.g., they can not send a text or the number is not registered under my name, which are odd because I have never encountered these issues and the number is validly registered under my name ), and the account will be subject to further reviews for several business days. It seems that the whole thing is just a stalling tactic and Marcus GS has been acting in bad faith by preventing me from accessing my own money or providing a reasonable way to resolve the issue. It has been very frustrating and I would like to switch my bank from Marcus GS if possible, because they do not even have a physical branch for me to come and show my ID and other materials that are needed to unlock this account.

I have never purchased from XXXX ever in my life I got in contact with SeatGeek and they told me it was something that had to be handled by my bank Goldman Sachs Bank USA I reached out to a representative and told them about the purchase that was made and that I never authorized it. I provided them with all my information and everything else that was required from me. I also went in depth when explaining my situation explain to them that the account that was used to purchase the tickets were created minutes before that purchase was made, and not by me. I also explain to them that I believe my Apple account was compromised, which is where the Apple card That was used to purchase the goods was used from. While I was speaking to the representative, I also asked him to help with the breach on my Apple account since Goldman Sachs Apple Card is handled through XXXX on the XXXX after I submitted my claim even during the claim process, I was never asked to provide more information months later, my claim was denied and I was left with the bill of the purchase amount of the unauthorized claim.

Consumer Complaint: This goes back a few years but it remains fresh on my mind and I just discovered that the CFPB may be of assistance. Brief summary : 1. On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased an Apple computer at the Apple store for {$2000.00} 2. I signed up for 12 mo. interest free payment program 3. I had done this in the past and communicated to the store clerk to utilize my XXXX XXXX XXXX address to processas I had done in the past. 4. What I usually do is wait for an email from the credit card company ( in this case Goldman Sachs for the AppleCard ), then go on their site to set up automatic payments 5. I also have an apple ID linked to another email XXXX XXXX. This email address is seldom used or checked by memaybe twice yearly. 6. All statements and communication from Goldman Sachs AppleCard were going to the incorrect email account, XXXX instead of XXXX. 7. It was not until I checked my XXXX email address in XXXX of XXXX that I saw statements and communications from Goldman Sachs 8. Goldman Sachs reported by credit card severely delinquent 9. Note that my almost flawless credit score went from the XXXX to less than XXXX almost overnight. 10. I have no record of phone calls or mail from Goldman Sachs Applecard that drew attention to this issue. 11. I filed a claim to Goldman Sachs/Apple Card in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and another in XXXX. I was denied on both claims. I feel very strongly that this delinquency should be removed from my credit report. The issue started with the Apple Store not following my instructions on the email account to utilize. It was compounded by Goldman Sachs not making an attempt to get in contact with me by phone, txt or mail prior to reporting to credit agenciesas you can see, once I was became aware, I corrected the issue and paid the entire amount immediately. As mentioned above, up until this problem occurring, I had an extremely strong credit history ( all 3 scores XXXX ) and believe it is unfair to have to live with this for 7 years. I was on the phone today for over 1 hour and 15 minutes today trying to get the case # to reference to direct you where to go. This is very much of a maze and I had no luck. There is not even an email address for consumers to communicate in writing with Goldmanonly by phone. Consumer Complaint: I engaged with Greensky via XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a window replacement company ) in early XXXX of XXXX. Their financing terms were attractive, and that route worked best for our family 's finances. The work was completed on XX/XX/XXXX. I received my first paper statement to pay in XXXX and went to their website to make payment arrangements. I made my first payment. Their system accepted my payment of {$330.00}, and I went on about my business. I did and have been doing the same thing every month as I am supposed to. On XX/XX/XXXX, I logged into my account to make my payment to find a screen in red stating that I was now {$1000.00} BEHIND in payments. I accessed my profile and confirmed yet again that the XXXX routing number to XXXX XXXX and the account number is also correct. I called in immediately and filed a complaint with GreenSky. Several days later, on XX/XX/XXXX, I was emailed for the first time regarding the complaint I lodged with them about this nonsense. It is now the XXXX of XXXX, XXXX days later, and not only has nothing been done, but now I have a late pay on my credit report according to an emergency email I received from XXXX, NOT from GreenSky. None of my statements until this XXXX statement indicate I am tardy/late. I am paying them ; they are not taking my payments. I filed my second complaint today XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally, and this is the crux of this complaint. GreenSky, a bad actor, in my opinion, has NEVER contacted me regarding any issues with my account, and by never, I mean NEVER. I have never received a voicemail, text message, email, or regular paper mail indicating or alerting me that there is an issue. It is my understanding, pursuant to Title 12 Chapter X part 1006 section j, that creditors MUST leave, at least a limited message pursuant to section j1. Had any of this happened at any time, indicating to me that there was an issue, I would have responded immediately and attempted to correct any issues with the account. When I contact them, I get pushed all around talking to this person, then that person, and so on and so forth. I filed a complaint ( s ) that nobody did anything about, and now I have a late pay that really isn't a late on my credit report. Team CFPB, I need help. I need protection from GreenSky as I am being victimized by a company that is too big to seemingly be held accountable. I only opened this account for convenience and my ability to make more interest on my investments than the amount of interest being charged. GreenSky must be pulled into, at least, federal compliance with their debt management practices. Please help me I feel powerless in the face of these big companies. Consumer Complaint: It was never disclosed to me upon our agreement that I had the right to opt in or opt out of my personal information being shared with a third party. In pursuant to title 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) any information placed on my Consumer report should be based in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I the natural person have been suffering for years by being denied open-ended credit, and car loans for the enjoyment of my family. Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I XXXX XXXX XXXX am OPTING OUT of any and all authorizations I the consumer may have given you written, non written verbal and non verbal PER 15 USC 6802, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY INDEFINITELY. The law also states it's illegal to report transaction history. Title 12 Also states anything dealing with a securities is an automatic Federal Court Case. 12 CFR 1016.4 Initial privacy notice to consumers required. ( a ) Initial notice requirement. You must provide a clear and conspicuous notice that accurately reflects your privacy policies and practices to : ( 1 ) Customer. An individual who becomes your customer, not later than when you establish a customer relationship, except as provided in paragraph ( e ) of this section; and ( 2 ) Consumer. A consumer, before you disclose any nonpublic personal information about the consumer to any nonaffiliated third party, 12 CFR 1016.7 Form of opt out notice to consumers ; opt out methods. Section ( a ) ( 1 ) Form of opt out notice. If you are required to provide an opt out notice under 1016.10 ( a ), you must provide a clear and conspicuous notice to each of your consumers that accurately explains the right to opt out under that section. The notice must state : ( i ) That you disclose or reserve the right to disclose nonpublic personal information about your consumer to a nonaffiliated third party ; ( ii ) That the consumer has the right to opt out of that disclosure; and ( iii ) A reasonable means by which the consumer may exercise the opt out right. Consumer Complaint: I noticed that my ApplePay was blocked. I do not use this for transactions and wanted more information. It shows a transaction for Apple XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX which is did not authorize. I have never used Apple XXXX to download anything. Called ApplePay several times. Attempts were fruitless. I was told to contact Goldman Sachs bank. I explained and disputed the charge. Young female agent said she could not remove or refund because it did NOT meet the requirements. I repeatedly asked for explanation and what the requirements were. Girl agent after many delays said she could not release the formation to me. I contacted Apple again. Finally a helpful young man explained it was indeed an Apple XXXX charge in XX/XX/XXXX ( which I did NOT authorize ). He told me the app was preloaded on my XXXX. When I found the XXXX app is says welcome as of never used. I took screenshot. I have never used Apple XXXX and did not authorize the transaction. Neither Apple nor Goldman Sachs will remove the fraudulent charge or give me a reason why they will not. I have spent several HOURS trying to get this charge removed. They refuse. If I had inadvertently used the service, I would find a way to pay the charge. As I said, I did not authorize the transaction nor download any music I have sent the information to XXXX XXXX XXXX and our Ky XXXX of XXXX. I did not authorize this transaction ; my phone will prove I have never used Apple XXXX. This is theft/fraud and I can not get any resolution. My Apple account is XXXX. My phone number is XXXX. This is fraudulent and wrong. They are ruining my credit for {$12.00}. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally address the matter of continued payment requests from " Green Sky ''. Regarding the rationale behind the request for payment on a closed account, which I am positively certain has been fully settled and satisfied with the service provider on XX/XX/year>. I kindly request that " Green Sky '' provide comprehensive documentation detailing any outstanding obligations and a full itemization of the services that warrant the requested charges. My understanding is that a satisfactory resolution has been reached with the service provider, therefore, I consider myself no longer bound by any financial agreements. I am currently not at liberty to discuss any details of the agreement between myself and the provider. So I can only encourage you to liaise directly with the provider for clarification. Despite the accepted agreement between the provider and myself, I continued making payments beyond the date mentioned above only to avoid any negative impact on my consumer credit profile. This decision was prompted by my ongoing attempts and request for accurate documentation from " Green Sky ''. Which, as of my last correspondence on XX/XX/year>, had not been provided to continue with my right to scrutinize the validity of all chargers. I want to emphasize that these post-agreement payments were no longer rendered payments made via credit card. Which are now subject to being in question. My intent in continuing these payments was to maintain an amicable resolution while waiting for the requested documentation from " Green Sky ''. I believe this action demonstrates my commitment to resolve the matter responsibly. Therefore, I kindly request that " Green Sky '' now provide the specific documentation that justifies any post payments requested after XX/XX/year> for all payments totaling the exact amount of {$1100.00}.
