Consumer Complaint: Had automatic monthly withdrawal set up from Marcus by Goldman-Sachs to pay my mortgage. Had sufficient funds for these transactions and had no issues with automatic withdrawals for 6 months. In XX/XX/2023, Marcus account was locked due to an internal fraud review with no contact made to me prior to or after this. I was unaware until I received notice from my mortgage lender that my account was XXXX. Marcus reversed my ACH payment to my mortgage lender 3 days after the payment was made. Upon finding out ; I verified my external accounts with Marcus to satisfy their review and was able to make a payment in XXXX and XXXX. The same situation then occurred again in XX/XX/XXXX, with Marcus reversing my mortgage payment 3 days after it was initially made. I was given no indication why I needed a second verification of the same accounts that had been verified in XXXX. My account remains locked and they were unable to resolve my issue or connect me with anyone to help resolve this tonight. I have had no formal contact from Marcus regarding these matters - no letters, no phone calls, no emails, which is entirely unacceptable.

Consumer Complaint: I have an existing savings account at marcus by goldman sachs. On XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to transfer funds from my marcus account to my own external checking account after finishing the external account linking process. The transfer was reversed and my account was blocked by marcus. i have no access to my account and have called marcus on a daily basis on how to resolve the matter. For over two weeks, no concrete solution was provided and people asked me to call back every other day without telling me what i should do and what happened. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was asked to filled out affidavit of identity form. I completed on XX/XX/XXXX and the tracking number has showed it was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. Marcus by GS says they are reviewing and can not do anything to help. Their phone number verification has also problems ( verified XXXX threes and the forth day i call they said the number is not right and can not send the code ). It is been such a long time for me losing access to my account. The delayed transfer has caused large inconvenience and negative impact on my personal life. i need my funds urgently and want to unlock and complete the transfer of funds urgently ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a notification that my savings account is locked. I called the number they provided and asked what was happening and when would it be fixed. It turned out that they didn't know the reason for the restriction and couldn't provide a timeframe. I called them again on XXXX, but still I got no useful information from them. It's so frustrating to me, since I need my deposit to pay down my credit card balance soon. I believe they should've provided why my account got locked and possible actions to unlock it right after the restriction. Also, they should've informed me how long it would take to regain access to my deposit.

Consumer Complaint: Goldman Sachs, Apple Credit Card, put my credit card on hold on XX/XX/XXXX without notice. When I contacted Goldman Sachs to resolve, I was told my credit card was under review. That was all the information they could provide. Furthermore, they could not provide when someone could contact me to resolve the issue. As of XX/XX/XXXX, no one has attempted to contact to resolve this issue. Upon further review a number of all customers are experiencing this problem. It is alleged that Goldman Sachs is doing this to customers that pay off their credit card every month and do not accrue interest charges. This action hopefully causes the customer to close their account in frustration as they are not attempting to resolve the hold in a timely manner. This is only speculation and would require furthur investigation. Regardless, Goldman Sachs initiated the hold action without notice and is not attempting to explain or resolve in a timely manner.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1600.00} XXXX {$1600.00} XX/XX/year> - {$2200.00} XXXX {$2800.00} XXXX {$2800.00} XX/XX/year> - {$2800.00} XX/XX/year> - {$2200.00} There were no disclosures provided ( agency, lead based paint, radon, mold, i.e. ) as required by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX also classifies the unit as an illegal rental unit. There can be no consent of the tenant that would make the contract legal IF the contract was illegal from the beginning, which it was/is per XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Attached are copies of the city code, Supreme Court Ruling and proof of lack of permit/inspection as required by city code and law. I have addressed the former complaint with Goldman Sachs and provided legal support in additional disputes, but they are still being ignored. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Florida Supreme Court case, the court held, [ t ] his, then, is the undoubted rule, that, when a contract is expressly prohibited by law, no court of justice will entertain an action upon it, or upon any asserted rights growing out of it. And the reason is apparent ; for to permit this would be for the law to aid in its own undoing. It seems that if there is ever a true public interest it is in housing and the conditions that we allow people to live in. We have housing laws imposed for many good reasons including health and safety. So the question seems to be if your landlord entered into a lease with you, knowing that the rental property did not meet housing code, is there really even a binding contract at all? If there is not, and the contract, in essence, is illegal, should this not prevent a court from applying XXXX XXXX ( statute that authorizes eviction ) awarding damages to a landlord who was suing for breach against a tenant. The Supreme Court held in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that [ XXXX ] o court of justice can, in its nature, be made the handmaid of iniquity. Courts are instituted to carry into effect the laws of the country. How can they become auxiliary to the consummation of violations of law? There can be no civil right where there can be no legal remedy, and there can be no legal remedy for that which is itself illegal.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ my XXXX account was hacked and used. My Apple Card on file was used to make 12 different purchases for multiple bulk orders of XXXX toothpaste. I contacted Apple and Walmart right away and both companies recognized it was fraud. I was told by a XXXX representative to delete my account, so I immediately did. Four out of my 12 disputes were denied and Goldman Sachs keeps saying XXXX has provided evidence that it was not fraud because my card and account were used. Do these big companies not understand how fraud and identity theft work? I have provided a substantial amount of evidence including the IP addresses the purchases were made from ( Provided to me by XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which do not match my own. Ive also shown them the " proof of delivery '' photos sent to my email. The photos were the inside of a vehicle I do not recognize and an elevator I do not recognize both photos sans " package ''. Does this not seem sketchy and obvious signs of a scam? I am still dealing with these fraudulent charges 9 months later. I spoke to an apple card specialist manager today and he tried to tell me that he was going through the same issues with a fraud charge through his apple card. ( He also tried to tell me that it is safest to use a debit card because using a credit card is always a gamble since it is someone else 's money. I've never heard anyone say that using a debit card is safer. ) If an employee can not even feel safe using this card, how are the rest of us supposed to feel? Has anyone ever had a similar situation to this? If so, how did end up being resolved? Any input is very appreciated!

Consumer Complaint: - XX/XX/2023 - {$100.00} - I went with a group to the dine-in XXXX for the first time. Upon arrival we went into the theater and it was an absolute mess everywhere. There was sauce, and trash all over the table trays above the seats, and in the aisles. The movie was going to start within the next XXXX minutes and the theater was a mess. This was brought to the workers attention and this was fixed completely right as the movie was starting. My group all ordered food at the kiosks before the film. My partner and I ordered on our own separate bill. About an hour into the film we received popcorn and our sodas. My partner is diabetic and was given a normal XXXX and we didnt know until his blood sugar was elevated. Lastly, we never received our actual food items. Everyone else around XXXX received food and we never got it. When we approached the service workers about it they told us the kitchen was now closed. This was an absolute horrible experience and we were not able to even enjoy the movie because from start to finish it was just horrible. I have disputed this charge multiple times and XXXX just has my bank reinstate the charges. All I want is a refund from the company. XXXX doesnt even have the courtesy to reach out and actually talk to me about the situation. I have sent support tickets and have NEVER heard back. Such a bad company, and clearly they do not care about their customers. - I have disputed the charge twice with my Apple credit card ( which I believe is ran by XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX sends them a generic response and they deny my refund. I have filed with the better business bureau. The services were completely different than what's expected. Honestly, they were pretty much non-existent. It is ridiculous that these companies can just talk to one another without actually taking into consideration my concerns and problems.

Consumer Complaint: I tried paying my mortgage with funds that have been sitting in my savings account for months. My available account balance reflected my full account balance. My mortgage company withdrew the requested funds. My savings account reflected that these funds were withdrawn. I then received a phone call from the savings account bank saying they wouldnt allow the transfer and were going to reverse it. When i asked why, they said they couldnt give me that information.

Consumer Complaint: Apple Card/Goldman Sachs has had what I feel is very unacceptable handling of a dispute for an amount that is not insignificant, and seems not to be taking my evidence into consideration. First, the timeline of events leading up to the dispute : XX/XX/XXXX : Purchased a laptop online from XXXX XXXX, order total {$1500.00}. XX/XX/XXXX : Order shipped, delivery date set for XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX : Checked XXXX XXXX for updated tracking information, it said delivered prior day on XX/XX/XXXX. At least 2 people were home at all times on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and we never received a package. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) : Contacted XXXX XXXX, they believed the package had been misdelivered or lost. The assisted to file a claim with XXXX, and placed an order for a replacement laptop to be sent out to me. XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX XXXX cancelled the replacement order, and sent me an email claiming they had investigated and would be unable to provide a replacement for the laptop I did not receive. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) : Contacted XXXX XXXX again, was told this was a " system glitch '' and that instead of replacing the laptop, they'd refund me so I could order again. For this they gave me case number and told me it would take 7-10 days. XX/XX/XXXX : Received email containing 'Damage/Loss Notification ' from XXXX, acknowledging that the package they initially claimed to have delivered has been deemed lost by them. Completed the forms XXXX requested from me. XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX : Final communications with XXXX XXXX, they sent me another email saying they had investigated and would be not be providing a refund either. Spoke to several departments and was ultimately told that despite their initial promises, and the fact that XXXX has deemed the package lost and agreed to reimburse them ( XXXX XXXX ), that there is nothing they can do, I will receive no refund, and will not receive the product I ordered. Now, onto the actual dispute process with Apple Card/Goldman Sachs : XX/XX/XXXX : Filed a dispute with all of the above information and several pieces of evidence of my communication with XXXX XXXX and of the package being determined lost by XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX : Apple Card received a response from XXXX XXXX and is reviewing their response. XX/XX/XXXX : Almost XXXX whole months later, received a response from Apple/Goldman Sachs , they had sided with the merchant, and I would remain responsible for the charges despite never receiving anything to show for the money spent, and the carrier acknowledging that the package was lost. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) : Spoke to Apple/Goldman Sachs support again, and requested the information used to determine the dispute, as well as requested that the dispute be re-opened to which they agreed. XX/XX/XXXX : Received evidence packet from Apple/Goldman Sachs , it included printouts of the order from XXXX XXXX, and out-of-date tracking information from XXXX showing the item was delivered. I verified that checking the same tracking number with XXXX on this date showed that the package was lost and that a claim was issued to the sender. None of my own uploaded evidence was included with this packet. XX/XX/XXXX ( Cont 'd ) : Spoke to Apple/Goldman Sachs support once again, and informed them of the out of date tracking printout that XXXX XXXX had sent them as evidence, as well as requested that they allow me to resend all of my supporting evidence, to which they accepted, and I sent all of my supporting evidence ( communications with XXXX XXXX, emails from XXXX, my own printouts of the XXXX tracking XXXX etc. ) XX/XX/XXXX : Followed up with Apple/Goldman Sachs support a final time, resending them my evidence again and ensuring the dispute is still open. So from XX/XX/XXXX to today ( currently XX/XX/XXXX, over 6 months later ) I have been attempting to work with Apple/Goldman Sachs to have this large unjust charge removed from my card, with evidence that the merchant never delivered me a product. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, over 2 months, I have heard absolutely nothing back from them, and received no further status updates.

Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services
