Consumer Complaint: I added around XXXX XXXX dollars to a Marcus by Goldman Sachs savings account between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of 2022. On the evening of XX/XX/XXXX I decided I wanted to withdraw the funds to use elsewhere but I wanted to keep the account open so I withdrew all but {$100.00}. My account was frozen and so I called and they informed me they were closing my account. I asked them where the money would go and they stated the money would " stay with the account ''. I did not save a copy of the statement but I do have the email stating my statement was available. I also have the documents from the money leaving my other bank accounts and into the Marcus account.

Consumer Complaint: My credit card account was sold from XXXX XXXX to Goldman Sachs. After the transfer, my auto payment had to be set up with the new company. I attempted to do this on their website multiple times, and got a confirmation page each time and in the meantime began to receive notices that my payment was past due. They have reported two payments in XX/XX/2022 showing a delinquency of more than 30 days. I asked them to remove them due to a system error that caused my payment to be late and they said they would not. Prior to XX/XX/2022, there has never been a late payment on this card and I have held it for over six years. Additionally, their system is unreliable. On XX/XX/2022, I was unable to access my account on their website, app, or by phone. My XXXX payment was due on the XXXX and there was no possible way for me to pay it. I paid it on the XXXX when I was able to and they canceled that payment without reason and applied a {$29.00} late fee to my account. On the XXXX, I phoned them to correct the payment and late fee and they declined to do either. This company is run poorly, behaving unethically, and offering no resolution to the problems they are creating.

Consumer Complaint: After months of follow up, phone calls to Apple/Goldman Sachs they have failed to remove the three 30 days late reported on my credit report. This is no longer a dispute as Apple/Goldman Sachs acknowledged that their system caused a failure in my ability to pay the account. They promised to correct this, but several months have gone by and this still shows up on my credit report. This has impacted my ability to obtain a mortgage, now rates have jumped up 2 % higher causing me thousands of dollars in damages. My next step after this complaint is to file a lawsuit for damages.

Consumer Complaint: After an audit of my transactions I found Goldeman Sachs sometimes at at there on discretion bundled charges which in fact made no sense, for example bundling an often used cheaper item with a more expensive item which had previously been canceled. They sometimes charged items with the similar item having the same graphic logo, but different charge. They were asked to remove such similar items and remove items which had been made less than a week after purchase because of defect, but those items remained on the bill and no credit had been given. I can only conclude they use deceptive business tactics.
