Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681, I advised Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX However, the credit agencies all stated everything was complete, and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 U.S.C 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. Also another violation is 15 U.S.C 1681 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.

These fraudulent items are severely impacting your credit score and causing financial distress, providing specific examples if applicable. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) it is the obligation of Credit Bureaus to conduct a fair and thorough investigation into disputed information. I have noticed and documented several instances where fraudulent items on my credit report have been subject to removal attempts without my authorization or validation. These unauthorized actions not only compromise the accuracy of my credit history but also raise serious questions about the security of my credit information. Despite the evident impact of these removal attempts, I have not been contacted by your agency for proper verification or authentication. The absence of thorough verification procedures is alarming and contributes to the ongoing vulnerability of my credit information. Given the persistent nature of these removal attempts, I am deeply concerned about the heightened risk of identity theft.
