During this time, XXXX did not reach out to me to get the account resolved. They could have sent me a letter or an email. But they sent nothing. They automatically marked my account as a late payment. I filed several disputes with Experian over this matter because XXXX is XXXX of their options to explain why your payments are late. The credit agency is not properly handling my disputes and simply close them out as quick as they get them. I would like help with getting my late payments removed from my credit report by holding the Experian agency accountable for the XXXX option that they have on their website. I even called XXXX and told them I had XXXX and I had XXXX. I had no way to pay because I was under XXXX XXXX XXXX with no way of knowing what the outcome will be. The XXXX company is breaking laws by not giving out notices. And Experian is not treating my disputes fairly.
