Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, I am writing to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding unauthorized inquiries on my credit report from XXXX, Experian and XXXX. These inquiries are inaccurate and appear to be fraudulent attempts to open accounts in my name without my knowledge or consent. Please see the dispute letters I attached on this complaint. It consist the details of unauthorized inquiries. The presence of these unauthorized inquiries on my credit report is detrimental to my financial health and could negatively impact my ability to : 1. Obtain credit at favorable rates. 2. Secure housing and rental agreements. 3. Obtain insurance at competitive rates. 4. Apply for certain jobs. 5. Actions taken to resolve the issue : I have already contacted the Bureau involved and disputed these unauthorized inquiries. However, I have not seen any progress to my disputes. Given the lack of resolution and the ongoing negative impact on my credit report, I urge the CFPB to intervene and : 1. Require the credit bureau ( s ) to immediately remove the unauthorized inquiries from my credit report. 2. Require the credit bureaus to provide me with a copy of my updated credit report reflecting the changes. Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, I am writing to file a complaint against XXXX, Experian and XXXX for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and TILA 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ) regarding a billing error on my credit report. Please see the dispute letters I attached on this complaint. It consist the account details. The presence of this inaccurate billing error on my credit report is causing me significant harm, including : 1. Difficulty obtaining credit at favorable rates. 2. Higher interest rates on existing loans. 3. Denial of credit applications for housing, car loans, or other financial products. 4. Damage to my credit reputation. Consumer Complaint: XXXX, Experian, and XXXX have violated my consumer rights under the fair credit reporting act, also known as 15 USC 1681 by publishing these negative items on my report without my written consent. Under permissible purposes 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) and breach of privacy in which congress set forth for the credit reporting agencies as they are to exercise their great responsibilities with fairness impartiality and to respect the privacy that of the consumer. Not only these credit reporting agencies, but these creditors of the negative accounts have also violated these laws as well as also the fair debt collection practices act also know as 15 USC 1692. As they are prohibited to communicate with any third party pursuant to 1692c ( b ). As these negatives on my report are a harm to my reputation and character by defamation. Letters were sent certified mail with receipt to these companies on XX/XX/2023. One was received as refused ( XXXX, XXXX ) and still waiting to receive the other ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and its been past 30 days. 30 days has passed which by law they must respond within that time frame long with the negative items deleted. Not only is XXXX, XXXX in violation of the law to which they were notified about complaint filing as well as process of litigation to seek relief and remedy pursuant the 15 USC 1681n under the fair credit reporting act and remedy and relief under 15 USC 1692k, they and the consumer reporting agencies neglected to respond and make those changes pursuant to 15 USC 1681o as they neglected to respond which further remedy and relief shall be pursued for punitive damages. There are also a few other violations that these companies have made that can be provided for further evidence if needed.

( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this
