Consumer Complaint: Previously through the CFPB, I requested EXPERIAN to investigate this account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for full and complete accuracy. They responded by stating that the information was accurate which was a FALSE statement as I have sent proof that there are inaccuracies on my EXPERIAN credit report. According to the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) A, a person ( creditor ) shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. EXPERIAN has allowed and colluded with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to violate the above federal statue as well as 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ) by concluding this investigation as accurate under false premise and by clearly ignoring the facts of the complaint that were presented with PROOF of inaccuracy. EXPERIAN is also in violation of 15 U.S.C 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) by not conducting a reinvestigation on the accuracy of my report and just accepting the word of the creditor that the furnished information was accurate. It is the duty of EXPERIAN to DELETE this information it is proven inaccurate and willfully negligent on the part of the creditor. Since the conclusion of this investigation new inaccuracies and violations have taken place by EXPERIAN in violation of the FCRA section 623 which states : Key Requirements of Section 623 Accuracy and Integrity of Information. Furnishers of information must create and implement reasonable measures and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information they are providing to the credit bureaus. This includes providing accurate, and complete, information on their credit history, payment history, outstanding debts, and credit limits. Dispute Investigation When a consumer files a dispute about an item on their credit report, the furnisher of the information is obligated to investigate the dispute within 30 days. If the investigation determines that the information that was reported is incomplete or incorrect, that furnisher is required to let the credit bureau know, and the information must be corrected immediately or removed entirely, from the credit report. The violations of FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A and Section 623 by EXPERIAN are as follows : The Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is furnishing false information in reference to account XXXX to the XXXX major credit bureaus including EXPERIAN and has been repeatedly even AFTER being made aware of the inaccuracies. EXPERIAN has colluded with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by reporting this inaccurate information even after EXPERIAN was informed of the inaccuracies of this account and after reporting falsely that an investigation was performed. DETAILS OF VIOLATIONS - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has furnished and EXPERIAN in reference to account # XXXX has reported a new CHARGE OFF every month for this account as up to XX/XX/XXXX and that account was charged off and closed XX/XX/XXXX. This is a clear case of FALSE REPORTING as a CHARGE OFF can only happen once per account. This action by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN has harmed me financially by unlawfully RE-AGING this account with every new Charge Off reported after XX/XX/XXXX by renewing my statue of limitation date for this account. CONCLUSION In light of this violation on the part of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN. EXPERIAN shall remove this account from my credit immediately for noncompliance with the statues of the FCRA. Attached is PROOF in the form of credit reports of the violations being reported by EXPERIAN on the above named account. If these violations are again ignored or responded to as accurate and continue to report information with actual knowledge of errors in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) A, legal actions shall be taken.

Consumer Complaint: On four separate occasions, I have disputed items on my Experian credit report. ( XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023 ). One item that remains is a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy on my credit report. I contacted the court who advised they do NOT report to the credit bureau but Experian states that the court has verified this record with the court. I have since provided this information to Experian who in their latest correspondence advised me that the most recent dispute would not be processed as they do not believe it came from me. You will find the attached letters below and their response to the most recent dispute, which they failed to process. I have not received any evidence from them that this bankruptcy was properly reported however and the court does not report their records to the credit bureaus. The response from Experian verifying the item with the court was either an error or a lie. Either way, the reporting requirements do not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ), and the information must be deleted immediately.
