The accounts have been listed inaccurately using someone else 's information. Furthermore, it is a major error that they are listed as being 120 days late without first posting 30 days late. I demand that you verify all information for these accounts, including incomplete name spelling, address of record, and any other inaccuracies that may exist. If you are unable to remove these accounts from my credit file immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities. I am the primary complainant in this matter, and I hereby grant full authority to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to thoroughly investigate and address this claim. Regarding the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account, I am confused as to how you have verified this account when XXXX have already removed it from their records. The bank agreed to remove it after it was paid. I demand that you delete this account from my file immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute and request the immediate removal of several accounts on my credit report that are inaccurately marked as charge-offs due to identity theft. I have recently become aware of this fraudulent activity, and I am taking prompt action to rectify the situation. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. The fraudulent accounts in question are as follows : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!!! I have attached supporting documentation, including a copy of the identity theft report filed with the appropriate authorities and any other relevant information. This documentation serves as evidence of the identity theft and supports my request for the aggressive and immediate deletion of these erroneous charge-off entries. I understand that, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the credit reporting agencies are required to conduct a reasonable investigation into any dispute within 30 days of receiving the dispute. Given the nature of identity theft and the potential harm it can cause to my financial well-being, I request that you expedite this process and take aggressive measures to remove the fraudulent charge-off accounts from my credit report at the earliest possible time.
