With the account number shown as being # XXXX. As you can see the " date last active '' that is being reported by Experian under this account shows XX/XX/XXXX. But XXXX is reporting that the " date last active was on XX/XX/XXXX. This is a major violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Experian is being non-complaint by not following metro 2 complaince standards. And I demand this entire account be deleted from my credit report.
