Consumer Complaint: I filed a reinvestigation dispute request with Experian in XXXX of XXXX. Pertaining to an account that is listed on my consumer report by the name of XXXX XXXX. With the account number shown as being # XXXX. As you can see the " date last active '' that is being reported by Experian under this account shows XX/XX/XXXX. But XXXX is reporting that the " date last active was on XX/XX/XXXX. This is a major violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Experian is being non-complaint by not following metro 2 complaince standards. And I demand this entire account be deleted from my credit report.

However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. XXXX XXXX has posted false line entries for false payments to get interest and late fees 2 to 3 months later and XXXX XXXX has moved my payments back and forth between both credit cards to create interest and late fees. THE CARDS ARE CLOSED because of XXXX XXXXXXXX compromising both # XXXX & # XXXX Capital XXXX credit cards is FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD TAKE OVER AND IDENTITY THEFT. XXXX XXXX continues to post false line entries to get interest and late fees after the XX/XX/XXXX both credit cards CLOSED is credit card fraud.
