Consumer Complaint: Just got notified from Experian that payment history is 35 % of my credit score and Experian says that my payment history is GOOD now just imagine what my credit score would be is Experian put back my now 19 months of on time never late payments to XXXX. In the screen shots attached you will see on there own website they say for my boost that the last payment to XXXX was XX/XX/2022 and then on the same website they show continued payments that were never late and the kicker is they say they can lower my XXXX bill by XXXX dollars a month BUT TURN AROUND AND STEAL THE PAYMENT HISTORY TO KEEP MYSCORE LOW

Consumer Complaint: You are reporting incorrect information for the account XXXX XXXX XXXX. Experian is reporting that I was late on this account 19 times, while XXXX is reporting 8 late payments. XXXX reports that this account was paid off. How is this accurate reporting. XXXX XXXX informed me that they submitted a request to update the tradeline on XXXX XXXX so why is this incorrect information still reporting? This is a violation of the FCRA and if this account is not removed due to inaccurate reporting, I will be taking legal action against your company. Please see the attached response letter from XXXX XXXX and the credit report showing the inaccurate reporting. The data being furnished on my credit report is not credible and therefore has to be removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX regarding account # XXXX ( letter attached ) which had appeared on my Experian credit report. I requested that XXXXXXXX XXXX do a through investigation as to whether the account was fraudulent. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX followed up with me and confirmed ( letter attached ) that the account was fraudulent and that I was not responsible for it. I contacted Experian regarding this fact, forwarded them the XXXX letter and requested that they acknowledge and remove the fraudulent account from my report ( letter attached and request for deletion highlighted in yellow ). As of today Experian has not acted to remove this fraudulent account.
