Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the fair credit Reporting Act. The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. The following accounts have been investigated multiple times with all three reporting agencies. The results of the investigation have not been updated as promised and currently prove to show inaccurate information that is negatively impacting my life. I have asked for the verification of dates. Balances, matching addresss, and account information on my credit report for all displayed accounts across all bureaus. All 3 reporting companies have stated that the report is up to date and every single detail displayed is accurate. After, I decided to investigate and thoroughly review the report about this old information and found multiple discrepancies and errors after they made opposite claims. This is frustrating and impedes the process to financially prosper. Following accounts must be removed from my credit report as I also do not have any signed contracts associated with them. Also, these accounts are over 7 years old and violate my right for how long it should be reported. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A.
