Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus keep disrespecting the laws. I showed them multiple times of how they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. According to 15 use 1681 ( 5 ) The credit bureaus said everything was complete and accurate and I asked them how if the open date is wrong. Then I ask them to provide me description of the investigation according to 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ) and they never did. I have proof of my letter for that. Also according to 15 USC 1681 s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. This is violation after violation after violation. This is causing me stress because I have no hope with this system

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention that there is inaccurate and incomplete credit information included in my credit report profile, and I believe that your bureau has failed to maintain reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports that are published. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. Therefore, I would like to request a re-investigation of the following information that I believe to be inaccurate : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Open : XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$24000.00} and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Open : XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$18000.00}. Failing that, the item must be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Consumer Complaint: I have previously disputed with Experian and in response they verified the item as accurate stating that you have verified the information with the court. I contacted the court and their response is they do not give information out. It is clear they do not report to you or any credit bureau for that matter ; therefore your original response verifying the item with the court was either an error or a lie. Either way, the reporting requirements do not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ) and the information must be deleted immediately
