Consumer Complaint: This organization is in violation of 15 USC 1692 Subchapter V. Repeatedly request that organization to remove this alleged debt from my credit report. I the consumer can not be denied an extension of my own credit. This organization is in violation of Furnishing certain deceptive forms. 15 USC 1692 ( j ) It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. The false representation or implication that documents are legal process. I also requested that all non-mailable addresses be removed due to the fact that I'm unable to receive mail there. Consumer Complaint: The FCRA is pretty clear in its language when it states that consumer reports can only be released with the written consent of the consumer and that consumers have the right to privacy. The FCRA also states that a consumer has the right to have privacy and that inaccurate information and unauthorized credit checks harm consumers. There is no room for misinterpretation of the FCRA, yet Experian decides to blatantly disregard the law because they clearly believe consumers are stupid and will not enforce their rights. Upon receiving my XX/XX/XXXX Experian report # XXXX in the mail, I am still seeing various inaccurate accounts that I asked Experian to validate via Sections 609 and 611 of the FCRA . At the end of the report on page 13, I was further shocked and harmed to see a plethora of unauthorized " soft inquiries ''. Page 13 is attached as a JPG. Furthermore, a security freeze was placed on my consumer file on or about XX/XX/XXXX as I was impacted by identity theft. However some of these unauthorized checks occurred after the security freeze. I am requesting the copies of the written consents Experian should have received from me or from the companies for the following inquiries : XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Previously through the CFPB, I requested Experian to investigate this account : XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Acct # XXXX for full and complete accuracy. They responded by stating that the information was accurate which was a FALSE statement as I have sent proof that there are MANY inaccuracies on my Experian credit report. According to the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) A, a person ( creditor ) shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. EXPERIAN has allowed and colluded with XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank to violate the above federal statue as well as 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ) by concluding this investigation as accurate under false premise and by clearly ignoring the facts of the complaint that were presented with PROOF of inaccuracy. EXPERIAN is also in violation of 15 U.S.C 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) by not conducting a reinvestigation on the accuracy of my report and just accepting the word of the creditor that the furnished information was accurate. It is the duty of EXPERIAN to DELETE this information it is proven inaccurate and willfully negligent on the part of the creditor. Since the conclusion of this investigation new inaccuracies and violations have taken place by EXPERIAN in violation of the FCRA section 623 which states : Key Requirements of Section 623 Accuracy and Integrity of Information. Furnishers of information must create and implement reasonable measures and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information they are providing to the credit bureaus. This includes providing accurate, and complete, information on their credit history, payment history, outstanding debts, and credit limits. Dispute Investigation When a consumer files a dispute about an item on their credit report, the furnisher of the information is obligated to investigate the dispute within XXXX days. If the investigation determines that the information that was reported is incomplete or incorrect, that furnisher is required to let the credit bureau know, and the information must be corrected immediately or removed entirely, from the credit report. The violations of FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A and Section 623 by EXPERIAN are as follows : The Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is furnishing false information in reference to account XXXX to the XXXX major credit bureaus including EXPERIAN and has been repeatedly even AFTER being made aware of the inaccuracies. EXPERIAN has colluded with XXXX by reporting this inaccurate information even after EXPERIAN was informed of the inaccuracies of this account and after reporting falsely that an investigation was performed. DETAILS OF VIOLATIONS - XXXX has furnished and Experian in reference to account # XXXX has reported a new CHARGE OFF for this account as recent as XX/XX/XXXX when the original Charge off date was in XX/XX/XXXX. This is a clear case of FALSE REPORTING as a CHARGE OFF can only happen once per account. This action by XXXX and Experian has harmed me financially by unlawfully RE-AGING this account with every new Charge Off reported after XX/XX/XXXX by renewing my statue of limitation date for this account. - XXXX has furnished a new balance of this account from {$12000.00} to {$11000.00} in order to falsely justify an update on the account. I have not made any payments to XXXX on this account # XXXX since the account was closed. This new balance is false reporting by EXPERIAN as there was NO REASON for the balance to have changed if no payment was made on this account. - XXXX is furnishing the Date of Last Activity, Date Last Reported, Date Opened, Payment history, High Credit amount and Date of last payment differently to all XXXX major credit bureaus so EXPERIAN can not know which version of the furnished information is accurate. CONCLUSION In light of these multiple violations on the part of XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank and EXPERIAN. EXPERIAN shall remove this account from my credit immediately for noncompliance with the statues of the FCRA. Enclosed is PROOF in the form of credit reports of the violations being reported by EXPERIAN on the above named account. If these violations are again ignored or responded to as accurate and continue to report information with actual knowledge of errors in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) A, legal actions shall be taken.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
