Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I am including XXXX and Experian in this complaint because I am receiving a similar response from all three credit reporting agencies for years now and have spent thousands trying to rectify their errors. On the XXXX of XXXX of 2023 I filed a complaint against XXXX with the CFPB because for the past 2+ years I have repeatedly disputed accounts that are incorrect, incomplete and or not mine along with documents showing that the information is inaccurate, incorrect and or not mine, including XXXX own admission that my information was compromised in XXXX recent data breach. This morning I call XXXX to inform them once again that the information they are reporting on my consumer file regarding all XXXX and/or XXXX, is inaccurate, incomplete and/or not mine. I requested that they send me the investigation results they obtained from the furnishings company verifying the disputed accounts are in fact verified as they claim. I was disheartened and disappointed to learn that not only did XXXX close my previous dispute with no reinvestigation leaving the disputed accounts still reporting but was also told that XXXX does not verify the account is accurate, complete and verified themselves but relies on the company that is paying XXXX to determine whether or not the information they are furnishing is verified. This has been going on for years and continues to damage my reputation and livelihood. I have sent XXXX proof that these accounts are inaccurate, incomplete and or are not mine in addition to the same account double reporting and reporting to other credible reporting agencies under a different name account information. XXXX continues to do nothing but claim they will respond and then sends an irrelevant automated letter in the mail. I have attached a copy of the proof sent by XXXX which clearly shows information that does not belong to me. These documents include a different name, different ID, different address, different phone, different email, different state and no signature and no mention of a loan with either company and shows a document that could easily be filled in online, printed and mailed by anyone. I asked the company for a copy of the loan and promissory note and neither were provided. XXXX, Experian and XXXX have failed to truly reinvestigate to insure the information being furnished by these companies is mine and accurate and complete. I am attaching a copy of the companys and Is correspondence in addition to the original complaint filed on the XXXX of XXXX, 2023. Additionally, I have repeatedly reached out to XXXX and have ONLY heard back from XXXX. XXXX and XXXX have no business with me and I do not owe them a dime. They are using information that does not belong to me in an attempt to verify these disputed accounts. Additionally they are reporting the same accounts, it would appear, 7-8 times on two of the three agencies and with inconsistent information across the board. How is this allowed, how is this VERIFIED of UPDATED?

Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed the copy of my credit reports. I noticed some inaccurate late payments that violated the consumer and FCRA law for not reporting accurately. I attached on this complaint the PDF copy of the dispute letters I sent to the involved Bureaus. I also sent them my personal documents.

Subissue: Problem getting your free annual credit report
Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I received a letter in the mail asking for a copy of my tax return to complete an application for credit that I did not initiate. After contacting the sender and reporting the application as fraudulent, their representative suggested I contact the credit bureaus and place a freeze on my credit, in addition to pulling a copy of my credit report. On XXXX, I attempted to pull a copy of credit report from Experian to check for other fraudulent activity, but Experian 's website would not allow me to login, and suggested I call them at XXXX. I called XXXX several times in an attempt to fix my issue with logging in, and Experian appears to have an automated system that is designed to frustrate callers into giving up on trying to reach a live agent. The automated system stated it would send me a temporary password and a reminder of login name via email, but would not confirm what email address. When I finally spoke with an agent who identified herself as XXXX, she had me confirm my identity and while reading me the security questions, interrupted me several times, and then selected " none of the above '' for my checking account number verification, without me instructing her to do so. When I asked XXXX to speak with a supervisor, she declined to transfer me immediately, and I informed her I would be filing a complaint with the CFPB, as I had informed her I had multiple checking accounts and was reading off the checking account numbers to her one at a time, to see if any of them matched one of the possible answers to the security questions she asked me, before she interrupted me multiple times and had eventually selected an option for me, without me instructing her to do so. XXXX eventually transferred to a supervisor named XXXX, who then told me she would let the management team know about XXXX 's service, and agreed to assist me in logging into Experian 's website. The supervisor XXXX stated that she was unable to access the security question that XXXX was provided, and as a result, she would need to wait 72 hours in order for the system to generate new security questions to allow me to attempt to fix my access again. So in the end, Experian was successful in their efforts to prevent me from pulling my free credit report in order for me to identify any other fraudulent credit activity.

Am Experian employee lied to me and said the courts provided information on it to them which is against the law I have this conversation recorded which is attached down below

Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form XXXX : Information Referral AND IRS form XXXX : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.
