Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, Please be advised this is my SECOND WRITTEN REQUEST. The unverifiable and incomplete items listed below remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. Please be advised that your company continues to report these unverifiable and incomplete items. These accounts can be considered falsified revenue and illegal by the IRS due to the fact these said accounts have been written off as a tax deduction. How can a payment be collected on an unverifiable and incomplete account, that has already been recorded as a tax deduction. I've contacted the mortgage company and they are telling me I am no longer in their system, therefore they are unable to remove anything from my credit report. I looked up and provided my account number, they insist they are unable to locate me in their system.

Consumer Complaint: i called Experian and requested that they clear this matter on my credit report and they explained to me that the information on my report is accurate without them showing any proof i sent them a certified letter with a copy of my license as well as an utility bill and they still have not changed any of my report this is hindering my lifestyle Here 's the letter they received ( certified ) two weeks ago : Subject : Incorrect Information on Credit Report and Unauthorized Inquiries Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern regarding the incorrect information on my credit report and the presence of unauthorized inquiries, which I believe violate the Fair Trade Act. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Upon reviewing my credit report from Experian, I have identified several inaccuracies. Firstly, my current address is listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX which is incorrect. I have been residing at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX for the past 10 years and it is crucial that my credit report reflects this accurate information. Furthermore, I have noticed multiple unauthorized inquiries on my credit report. I have not given permission to any organizations or individuals to access my credit information, and these inquiries are a violation of my consumer rights. I request that all unauthorized inquiries be immediately removed from my credit report. According to the Fair Trade Act, consumers have the right to accurate and up-to-date credit information.
