I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : XXXX XXXX, Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute and express concern regarding the handling of the recent dispute related to inaccuracies found in my credit report, as per my rights under Section 1681i ( 5 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. On XXXX XXXX I submitted a dispute regarding account XXXX with XXXX XXXX on my experian credit report. Pursuant to Section 1681i ( 5 ), the credit bureau is required to remove or correct any information that is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified within a reasonable time frame. However, after the investigation process, the information was deemed as validated, without providing adequate supporting documentation or evidence. This is in direct violation of my rights under the FCRA, as the credit bureau failed to conduct a reasonable investigation and merely accepted the validation without due diligence. I kindly request a reevaluation of this dispute, adhering to the legal obligations outlined in Section 1681i ( 5 ). Please provide me with specific details and documentation supporting the validation of the disputed information, as required by law. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of accurate reporting as it impacts my ability to obtain fair credit terms. Failure to comply with the FCRA regulations in this matter may result in legal action. Enclosed with this letter is the report number from experian which is XXXX, including the initial dispute, proof of delivery, and any supporting evidence concerning the inaccuracies. I expect a prompt response within 30 days, as stipulated by law, acknowledging the receipt of this dispute, along with a detailed plan of action to rectify the situation. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: I just downloaded my credit reports from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2024. I'm noticing that some accounts on my credit report are incomplete and inaccurate, which is a violation of 15 USC 1681e ( b ). I've also noticed violations of 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ) and 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point, I believe that I am purposely being treated unfairly and that the credit agencies are not following reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. It's very apparent that the credit agencies are telling me the consumer that everything has been verified, when they're not conducting verification with the creditors, because I've requested validation several times and my reports are still all inconsistent. Therefore, XXXX has already deleted 7 accounts from my credit report, which I'll supply documentation as evidence here and hope that the other 3 major credit agencies will do the right thing before I have to take further legal action.
