Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention several inaccuracies on my consumer credit report, as maintained by your agency. I have identified numerous discrepancies that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and related statutes. I believe it is essential to rectify these issues promptly to ensure the accuracy and fairness of my credit profile. I have previously contacted your agency through multiple letters regarding the following concerns : 1. Late Payments : There are inaccuracies in the reporting of late payments on my credit report. 2. Credit Utilization : There are inaccuracies in the reporting of credit utilization on my credit report. 3. Personal Information : The reporting of personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employers is incorrect. I assert that the entities providing information to credit agencies ( Furnishers ) have no right or written consent from me to furnish my information. 4. Revocation of Consent : I hereby revoke any forms of consent, be it verbal, non-verbal, written, or implied, for the Furnishers to furnish my information. 5. Non-Disclosure Option : I have not been properly informed by the Furnishers of my right to exercise a nondisclosure option, as required by 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ). 6. Adverse Information : Inclusion of adverse information without proper authorization violates 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ). 7. Knowingly Furnishing Inaccurate Information : Furnishing inaccurate consumer information knowingly is prohibited under 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ). 8. Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a reinvestigation dispute request to Experian about a negative account on my credit report. By the name of XXXX XXXX with the account number shown as being XXXX. And Experian did not do a proper reinvestigation on my behalf. Because the account was not marked a being disputed and the inconsistent information that I did dispute still appears on my credit report. The date last active that is being reported under this account violates and go against Metro 2 Compliance Standards. As you can see by looking at my credit report. Experian has reported XX/XX/XXXX and on my XXXX credit report it shows a date of XX/XX/XXXX. So how can both credit reporting agencies be correct? When all of the information listed on my credit reports suppose to be accurate, complete and verifiable across all three credit reporting agencies.
