Reporting on or trying to collect a ghost debt that is almost 7 years old is illegal and unlawful. The reporting of a ghost debt in the attempt to collect said ghost debt is illegal and unlawful and does not give creditors an accurate scope of my creditworthiness and instead muddies it up and I have to prove my merit to the creditor by disproving these vicious credit predators and their counterpart credit reporters! XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Experian, XXXX XXXX and XXXX are all to blame on this ghost debt from XXXX still haunting my credit profile into XXXX.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I have reached out multiple times through letters to XXXX, Experian, and XXXX concerning inaccuracies in my consumer credit profile. These inaccuracies include incorrectly reported late payments, credit utilization details, and personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employers. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically outlined in 15 USC 1681, consumer reporting agencies like XXXX, Experian, and XXXX are mandated to handle their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for consumer privacy. As a consumer, I have the inherent right to protect my private information, supported by 15 USC 6801, emphasizing the obligation of financial institutions, including information furnishers, to uphold customer privacy and safeguard nonpublic personal information. According to 15 USC 1681, Section 604 ( a ), consumer reporting agencies must strictly adhere to the written instructions of the concerned consumer. I assert that XXXX, Experian, and XXXX, as furnishers of information to credit agencies, lack the right or written consent from me to furnish my information. I hereby revoke all forms of consent, whether verbal, non-verbal, written, or implied. Moreover, under 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), financial institutions, including furnishers, can not disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties without informing consumers about how to exercise their nondisclosure option. The failure of furnishers to inform me of this right is a notable omission. Additionally, 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) prohibits consumer reporting agencies from including adverse information without proper authorization, which, in this case, violates the law. Furthermore, as per 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ), agencies are prohibited from knowingly furnishing inaccurate consumer information. XXXX, Experian, and XXXX are required to maintain reasonable procedures, as mandated by 15 U.S. Code 1681e, to prevent violations and limit the furnishing of consumer reports. Reporting transaction history is deemed illegal under this code. Lastly, 15 USC 1681 ( c ) states that no adverse items, besides convictions of crimes, should be on the consumer credit profile. Any derogatory mark added to the consumer report without written consent could be considered identity theft under 12 CFR 1022.3. In light of the above, I request the following actions : 1. Immediate deletion of all negative or derogatory accounts on the consumer credit profile from Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX. Removal of credit utilization details ; it should only display the amount of the credit line, not the utilization level. This information is private between me and the financial institution. Immediate update across all three credit agencies. XXXX. Correction of personal information to include only one name ( XXXX XXXX ), one address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX ), one phone number ( XXXX ) and no employers. Immediate deletion of any information that does not conform to this. XXXX. Immediate deletion of personal statements on the XXXX consumer report and balancing of credit scores. XXXX. Immediate notation on the consumer credit profile, citing 15 USC 1681 ( c ), which states that no adverse items, besides the conviction of crimes, should be present. This notation should be made in Experian, XXXX, and XXXX systems. XXXX. A claim of {$1000.00} per violation. XXXX. Immediate deletion of personal statements on the XXXX consumer report and balancing of credit scores. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into these matters as mandated by the FCRA, with corrections made within the stipulated timeframe. Please find attached supporting documentation for your reference.

This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
