Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX a call was placed to Experian membership services on a recorded line, and got transferred to the dispute department after verifying identity. Once the dispute introduced herself and got a description of the purpose of my call, which was to correct inaccurate information on my consumer report that resulted in a denial of an application with a FDIC insured financial institution. The specialist was able to help me with correcting my name and current, and only, mailable address. However, she was claims she was unable to remove the inquiries that do not have authorization to remain on my consumer report because there was either no extension of credit offered by the companies, or no account was opened after an application was submitted to the companies. I informed her that I would not accept her inability to rectify the problem and stated on the recorded line that on that day of XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to her employer to correct an error and left my personal number for her superiors to reach out if that wanted to avoid a formal complaint. This conversation may be requested from Experian. I am submitting this complaint on Friday XX/XX/XXXX and Experian is now in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681 which states XXXX " The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. '' and 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 3 ) Information Regarding Inquiries which states XXXX, " a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer. '' and my federally protected consumer rights ; Experian should remove all inquiries that have no record of an account or extension of credit on my consumer credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I just got my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed some Accounts on my credit report incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of 15 USC 1681e ( b ). They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 1681 i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ). Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. They must be blind because everything is inconsistent.

Consumer Complaint: I have an Experian XXXX XXXX digital checking account. Upon review of my account history I found several debit card transactions that were not authorized by me. As soon as I noticed the transactions I notified Experian XXXX XXXX and put the charges into dispute. The day the dispute was filed I received a letter from Experian that I filled out and signed and returned via email. To date Experian has not communicated with me at all about the status of the dispute nor have any of the funds that were fraudulently removed from my account been returned.
