Consumer Complaint: I have taken the necessary steps to address the inaccuracies on my credit report by instructing Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate specific accounts that have raised concerns due to their inaccuracies and errors. The accounts I've requested reinvestigation for are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Despite these concerns, all three credit reporting agencies have asserted that everything is complete and accurate, even though clear inaccuracies persist. This response is in direct violation of the mandate outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 5 ), which obligates these agencies to remove or modify accounts that are not reporting correctly. Furthermore, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ), which explicitly prohibits the furnishing of inaccurate consumer information to any consumer reporting agency. It is evident that these agencies have not complied with this critical provision. I possess compelling evidence supporting my claims of credit reporting violations and, as a result, have submitted this formal complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My primary objective is to secure a resolution that ensures the accurate reporting of my credit information, in alignment with federal laws and guidelines, while holding the credit reporting agencies accountable for their non-compliance.

Consumer Complaint: Experian is falsely reporting a late payment on my credit report. Experian is the only credit bureau reporting this false information and I have contacted them multiple times and filled out the complete dispute process both online and by mail. During the dispute process Experian claims to have contacted the reporting card XXXX XXXX and verified the late payment, however this has been determined to be a lie. When I contact First progress directly, they say that they have no records of a late payment and are not reporting this information to Experian, and that I must contact Experian to remove this as they are the only ones reporting this. Under the Fair Credit reporting act I have asked the false late payment be removed by Experian, and have enclosed the letters directly from XXXX XXXX stating tat they are not reporting this.
