Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX randomly shut off my access to this account and requested a copy of my ID to verify my identity. I sent them a copy of my ID, but they then closed my account. I had a XXXX balance when I last had access to the card. I do not recognize the balance they are reporting nor have I ever been late on a payment on this account. They are reporting me 60 days past due and decimating my credit score and report. They are unwilling to work with me and I have no other recourse to get this negative and false reporting removed.
