Consumer Complaint: This credit reporting agency refused to investigate my dispute which is a violation of the FCRA section 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). I provided the credit reporting agency with all my personal information needed for the dispute, but I received a letter stating they will not take any action on my request. Clearly my rights were violated.

You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditor 's documentation on file to verify that this information is 100 % true, accurate & correct.

I entered the Experian.com web domain and entered social security number into credit website for the site to return with nothing and prompt I to enter my name manually which would void my social security number I entered with given name from XXXX authorities. The XXXX chose not to say name, withheld data, and attempted to give me another name with shortened initials.I was denied finance from website and contact with an authority to use given XXXX credit from given initials XXXX I am a US citizen and you don't have information on me.

This time, I would like to ask one question regarding my credit report. I receive several emails in XXXX days, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX of XXXX from XXXXexperianXXXX and XXXXexperianXXXX. Regarding the first one, XXXXexperianXXXX, I want to ask one question what account closed at consumers request on my all my XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was closed, and XXXX XXXX which was closed in XXXX. Regarding all of them, I never expressed my will to close these accounts, instead of that I remember to keep them open for the credit score. I request your company to give the explanation. Also, I would like to ask what ND is meant in your company credit report, which we could read in one of my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. Along with them, I want to express the frustration and complaints to receive the credit cards offers from your company email, XXXXexperianXXXX continuously over these months. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention several inaccuracies on my consumer credit report, as maintained by your agency. I have identified numerous discrepancies that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and related statutes. Rectifying these issues promptly is crucial to ensure the accuracy and fairness of my credit profile. I have previously contacted your agency through multiple letters regarding the following concerns : 1. Late Payments : Inaccuracies exist in the reporting of late payments on my credit report. 2.Credit Utilization : Reporting of credit utilization on my credit report contains inaccuracies. 3. Personal Information : The reporting of personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employers, is incorrect. I assert that the entities providing information to credit agencies ( Furnishers ) have no right or written consent from me to furnish my information. 4. Revocation of Consent : I hereby revoke any forms of consent, be it verbal, non-verbal, written, or implied, for the Furnishers to furnish my information. 5. Non-Disclosure Option : I have not been properly informed by the Furnishers of my right to exercise a nondisclosure option, as required by 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ). 6. Adverse Information : Inclusion of adverse information without proper authorization violates 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ). 7. Knowingly Furnishing Inaccurate Information : Furnishing inaccurate consumer information knowingly is prohibited under 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ). 8. Immediate update across all three credit agencies is requested. 10.
