Consumer Complaint: When attempting to acquire my Experian credit report from XXXX I keep receiving this error message - " A condition exists that prevents Experian from being able to accept your request at this time. To obtain your Experian XXXX XXXX XXXX, please mail your request to the address below using the XXXX XXXX XXXX Request form. '' This is a violation because it is not free. If i have to mail in a request, i need to buy postage. Sending mail is not free and Experian has neglected to fix this issue for YEARS. There are many many complaints from consumers reporting the same issue online. Experian has still not fixed this issue. XXXX and XXXX provide credit reports with no issue through XXXX

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The bankruptcy reporting has violated federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I asked Experian to reinvestigate the bankruptcy they are reporting .However, they stated everything was verified and accurate. But how is that possible if I have a letter from the courts stating they didn't report my information. I have also attached the letter from Experian stating they verified the bankruptcy with the court ( which they are lying and breaking the law ) According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
