I am due an accurate credit report I have misspellings as well as several unmailable addresses that need to be deleted immediately, I choose to opt out of reporting pursuant to 15 usc 6802. I the consumer choose to opt out. Any authorization I have given whether written or unwritten verbal and non verbal as a federally protected consumer.According the privacy act of 1974 states No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains [ subject to 12 exceptions ]. 5 U.S.C. 552a ( b ). I've also reached out to dept of EdXXXX to remove all accounts due to the FERPA It prohibits educational institutions from disclosing personally identifiable information in education records without the Witten consent of an eligible student. 2o uses 1232g ( ( b ) )

My correct address is the one indicated on the billing information I am sending you along with this complaint. There is also a misspelled name entry under XXXX. I tried sending them letters to request the removal of this incorrect information on my report, but apparently, they are still there as we speak. It has been causing me inconvenience whenever I apply for a bank loan or credit card because the creditors question me about these multiple addresses and employer information that are not mine.
