Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is furnishing inaccurate information to the consumer reporting agencies. The reporting of such inaccurate information has caused severe damage to my character, my reputation, my general mode of living, and my ability to obtain credit for personal and house purposes. XXXX XXXX charged off the account for which they recieved a tax break and did not SEND ME MY FORM 1099-C they should have sent it when they Filled the account as a canceled debt. The IRS Clearly defines a charge-off as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which makes the reporting of the account inaccurate! By Definition, The IRS Clearly says a Cancelled debt or Charge-off is Income. The reporting of this account as a debt is inaccurate. Not only did they do such an act, but they also sold the charged-off account to a third-party collection agency which is now harassing me to pay a debt that I do not owe them. All of this constitutes tax fraud and I will file a 3949A form with the IRS IMMEDIATELY. I requested original documents and procedures from XXXX, XXXX, and Experian because they keep updating the information when disputed as verified and they did NOT provide me a copy of ANY original documentation required under 15 USC 1681g ( a ) ( 1 ) & 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under 15 USC1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. As a consumer, my rights have been violated entirely, these organizations will fully and fraudulently withheld pertinent information to suit their agenda.

Consumer Complaint: The account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was to be removed from my credit report upon account being paid satisfactorily. This account has since been paid and closed since 2019. I am confused as to why Experian is still furnishing this data when it has since been removed from XXXX and XXXX. Lastly, the information being reported, such as the payment history, and date last active is incorrect. Please remove this account due to the original agreement and for FCRA violations specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). Please see the attached credit report.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX reported payments late. After reviewing the full accounting of this loan I reflect inaccuracies in their reporting. The inaccuracies are reporting late on XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX Experian : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX The varying dates between all three bureaus is inaccurate reporting. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and Experian are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and Experian are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and Experian do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, Experian, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and Experian are not maintaining reasonable procedures. In the event a furnisher has been notified of said inaccuracies and they continue to report false information is punishable of fines up to {$1000.00} per incident.disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of

Consumer Complaint: There is information that on my consumer report that is a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission of instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. I am requesting that the reporting of this information be blocked and deleted. As a federally protected consumer I'm seeking proof of the alleged debt, under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Mo ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. In a good faith effort to resolve this matter amicably, I demand for proof of the debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature in wet ink, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must terminate this collection action and correct any erroneous reports of this debt as mine. For the record, I state again that as I have no account with you, nor am I your customer, nor have I entered into a contract with you, I must ask for the following information : 1 ) Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) 15 USC 1692 ( f ) and USC 1692 ( g ) in this alleged matter. 2 ) What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3 ) What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4 ) Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in the state. 5 ) Please provide proof of the alleged debt, including specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my wet signature.
