Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2024, I submitted a letter to Experian declaring that they had violated my federally protected consumer rights on multiple occasions by publicly disclosing my personal information regarding multiple accounts to my credit report without my written instruction. Both 5 U.S.C. 552a ( b ) and 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) clearly state that a credit reporting agency may only furnish and report personal information to a credit report with the written instruction of the individual as to whom the report relates. Experian has yet to take any action on the removal of these accounts from being publicly disclosed. It is Experians duty to abide by the laws that allow for consumers rights to be protected, however they are NOT. The public disclosure of my personal information is damaging my reputation and causing me unnecessary emotional and mental stress.

Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, Experian XXXX XXXX is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation XXXX Debt. XXXX, Experian, XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: Withholding of documentation, misinformation, untimely responses, negative credit reporting : All during time working with XXXX. Unclear about status of mortgage. For example, even today my loan account has been current since XXXX and is still in Loss Mitigation. The reason for this is still unknown. XXXX XXXX is my second mortgage and first is XXXX XXXX XXXX. While working with XXXX for same time period, my primary mortgage ( XXXX ) was responsive, clear, ethical and did not submit negative reports to the credit bureau. However, XXXX failed to respond appropriately or timely to XXXX requests for documentation causing significant funding delays, communication throughout was poor and misleading. Loss Mitigation representatives were either unclear about procedures when working with XXXX and in loan mitigation or were intentionally misleading. Negative reporting has ruined credit that was 800+. Below is most recent correspondence outlining issues. This is second time I am asking for escalation. First time they only corrected some of the negative reporting. XX/XX/XXXX To whom it may concern, Prior to the XXXX pandemic my credit was fully in tact and now it is seriously damaged and affecting my ability to move forward with my personal economic recovery. For these reasons, I am again kindly requesting that the negative reporting to the credit bureaus be corrected as I had been consistently working with XXXX since ( on or about ) XXXX, XXXX. I was also in forbearance with XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and notified XXXX numerous time that my application for XXXX funding was approved. I even uploaded a copy of the approval to the portal link provided by XXXX of the customer service representatives. The specific periods reported as negative are as follows : XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX Throughout the periods above I kept in contact with XXXX loss mitigation and was advised that as long as I was working with XXXX any negative credit reporting would be corrected at the time the account became current and not to worry. While corrections for other months were issued the negative marks for the periods stated above remain. I took the information provided to me by XXXX to be true as my primary mortgage holder, XXXX XXXX XXXX, advised me of the same exact thing during the same period and my account with them is current with no history of negative credit reporting. Also, with specific reference to the XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, payments due to XXXX, when I called XXXX in XXXX to inquire about XXXX payments being applied and going forward. I was told that the XXXX payments took a while to apply and once fully applied the amount would likely carry me through XXXX of XXXX ; however, I could make a couple of payment just in case which is what I did in XXXX and XXXX. I thought if anything, I was 2 months ahead. To my understanding this meant that once all XXXX funds were applied I would probably be paid up through the end of XXXX. Since I no longer had access to my online account because I remained in mitigation, each time I wanted to make a payment I had to call XXXX Loss Mitigation. Every time I spoke to a customer service representative I was told my account was still in the process of being updated. In XXXX I was told that XXXX was definitely in receipt of the XXXX money and to give it another 30 days or so for my account to be fully adjusted and out of loss mitigation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was surprised to receive a call from XXXX that my XXXX and XXXX payments were overdue. I asked her what had happened and she confirmed that while my loan was still in loss mitigation and under review, her computer showed that I missed payments for XXXX and XXXX. Since I did not want any further issues I paid {$2800.00} to bring my account current. As I stated before I have had no access to my online account. During the period I was working with HAF whenever I called with a bill in hand, I was told to disregard the bill because it was not accurate. For example, because I was working with XXXX things like late charges would need to be reversed/fixed and the account wouldnt be correct until all funds were fully applied. I had no way of knowing where I stood and communication was seriously flawed. Even today my loan has been current since XXXX and I am still in Loss Mitigation. How could I not be confused? In conclusion, I worked hard for many years to earn a very high credit score. Therefore, I am pleading one last time with XXXX XXXX XXXX to restore my credit by reversing the negative reporting for the time period ( XXXX ) noted above. Thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX To Whom It May Concern, Dear, Dear, Experian, / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I am distressed that you have included the information below in my credit profile and that you have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be re-investigated. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see verifiable proof ( i.e. : an original consumer contract with my signature on it ) that you have on file for the account listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the account listed below. I demand that the following account be verified or removed immediately : [ dispute_item_and_explanation ] XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Status Status Updated Balance Balance Updated Paid Off Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Original Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Comments : Contact Info : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX - Debt Buyer XX/XX/XXXX Collection account. {$2300.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$2300.00} XX/XX/XXXX 0 % {$2300.00} {$2300.00} 1 Month Individual XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Status Status Updated Balance Balance Updated Paid Off Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Original Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Comments : Contact Info : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Debt Buyer XX/XX/XXXX XXXX account. {$920.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$920.00} XX/XX/XXXX 0 % {$920.00} {$920.00} 1 Month Individual XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Open/Closed Status Status Updated Balance Balance Updated Last Payment Date Paid Off Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Original Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Comments : Contact Info : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Utility XX/XX/XXXX Closed Collection account. {$95.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$95.00} XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$95.00} - 1 Month Individual XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Open/Closed Status Status Updated Credit Usage Balance Balance Updated Credit Limit Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Highest Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Comments : Credit card XX/XX/XXXX Closed Account charged off. {$760.00} written off. {$760.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 127 % {$760.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$600.00} {$760.00} {$760.00} Individual XXXX XXXX XXXX Original Creditor Company Sold Account Type Date Opened Open/Closed Status Status Updated Credit Usage Balance Balance Updated Last Payment Date Credit Limit Monthly Payment Past Due Amount Highest Balance Terms Responsibility Your Statement : Credit card XX/XX/XXXX Closed Account charged off. {$600.00} written off. {$600.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 120 % {$600.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$500.00} {$600.00} {$610.00} Individual
