Consumer Complaint: i contact my creditor and informed them that I was looking to purchase a home and came to an agreement that they would update my account as charge-off they in turned sent me documentation stating the agreement to change account to Charged -off. I submitted documents to all XXXX Agency. XXXX, XXXX and Experian. XXXX - Updated documents with no problem XXXX and Experian still refuse to update information. this is harming my changes of owning a home.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over XXXX days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within XXXX days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over XXXX days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the XXXX, Experian and XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.
