Consumer Complaint: Received a letter from XXXX XXXX that we were no longer responsible for the payments on the timeshare and we were no longer allowed to use their properties. Lost original letter. Contacted company on multiple occasions to get a copy of the letter. They state that they can not find that letter in our file. Contacted them originally in XXXX to let them know that the second person on the loan had lost his job and we could no longer afford the timeshare. They indicated that there was nothing they could do to help us. These late payments are being reported to Experian monthly even though we were informed in the letter that we were no longer responsible. {$58000.00} in arrears and no one will call us back. This was supposed to be escalated to management but we have heard from no one. Also contacted XXXX XXXX who stated that if we received that type of letter then they should have released us from the loan after 14 days as the letter stated.

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had a late payment on an account I was never late on. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report information to the best of their ability and with maximum accuracy. I have never been late for the account that I have included screenshots inside this complaint on the dates of XX/XX/23. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks! Please see attached.

Consumer Complaint: I have received several emails from Experian. All of them were relating with disputes, but they did not include any progress or answers on my inquiries. There are two matters in concern. One of two offices email addresses, XXXX states member ID ( XXXX ), which other office email address dispute or XXXX does not state at all. I remember, long time ago, I had the service of identity theft from this company, if correct ; however, I have cancelled just because to save my money ; therefore, even if I had the membership of that company, it must be cancelled and I should not have the member ID. Since another office email address does not state the membership ID on the credit report, I want this office, XXXX, will explain why thy office has the membership ID even though there was no active enrollment. Also, XXXX stated they has the change of credit report. Upon the examination of my credit report, I could only recognize the possible change on XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card starting XXXX .... states most of the columns 'not reported. ' I am not sure what this change means at this moment ; therefore, I would like this office tell me the intention of these changes.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX XXXX put my XXXX XXXX account into collections. They put it into collections because XXXX XXXX was in a company corporate name that wasn't personally guaranteed. This account never belonged on my credit in the first place. They took my consumer information and placed it on my credit report and that's not what should have happened. 16 CFR 313.7 15 usc 6802 Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorizations I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbally and non verbally per 15 USC 6802 it is effective immediately and indefinitely. Since the debt is now with a third-party collection agency, it has already been charged off. As outlined in Tax Topic 431, this represents a certificate of indebtedness, which is categorized as income. It's important to note that income is not reportable on my credit report. " If your debt is forgiven or discharged for less than the full amount owed, the debt is considered canceled for the forgiven or discharged amount that you no longer need to pay. Cancellation of a debt may occur if the creditor can't collect, or gives up on collecting, the amount you're obligated to pay. If you own property securing a debt, cancellation of the debt may occur due to foreclosure, repossession, voluntary transfer of the property to the lender, abandonment of the property, or a mortgage modification.
