Consumer Complaint: I chose to open a credit card under my name with XXXX. The bank opened the credit card under my exgirlfriend address and now it is showing in my credit report like I was living in her address. My exgirlfriend has been calling me crazy saying that she keeps getting my mail in her address and she is threathen me with sueing me because of this.
