Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: Ive contact the law enforcement agency and filed a report and affidavit. They claim the identity theft report is valid. And lastly, I contacted the credit reporting agencies. Both XXXX and XXXX have removed the accounts per legal requirement. But for some weird reason Experian feels Im not following all the steps. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. I know the consumer laws and the courts are very lenient with the banks and credit reporting agencies so filing a lawsuit is a waste of energy. Seeing Ive submitted my claim with Experian for over 6 months, Im at wits end. This is the 6th complaint Ive filed against them and every time I get the same ridiculous response. They make some absurd claim that the documents Ive submitted are not valid.
