Consumer Complaint: The banks are in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681n for willful noncompliance of the FCRA. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the banks have violated my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) it states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) Credit reporting agencies can not furnish an account without my written instruction, under 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ), The banks may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. 15 U.S. Code 1681a, ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) my credit report must not include information on my transactions or experiences between me and the banks. 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) Opting out, the banks must clearly and conspicuously disclose to me, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations that such information may be disclosed to Credit reporting agencies and I am given the opportunity, before the time that my information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to credit reporting agencies ; and I am given an explanation of how I can exercise my nondisclosure option. Per 12 U.S. Code 1431, Powers and duties of banks, is to borrow money, issuing bonds and debentures. According to the doctrine of ultra vires the banks claim I owe money is in violation of their corporate charters. A loan is a Deposit of Money by A Customer with Banker ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These banks on my credit report are acting in fraudulent violation of doctrine of ultra vires never provided disclosure that when I applied for the loan or credit, that I was actually providing the value in the transaction per Federal Reserve Act, Section 16, number 1 & 2. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 15 USC 1681 section 602a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. '' Experian, XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act section 604 corresponds with 15 USC 1681b which states ( b ) REASONABLE PROCEDURES It is the purpose of this subchapter to require that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter. Experian, XXXX and XXXX are such consumer credit reporting agencies and they are to have accuracy and relevancy in their reporting for me, the consumer. There are multiple names and addresses on my credit report and they are choosing not to report my name and address accurately. The only name that is my legal name and mailable address, will be in supporting documents. All other names and addresses are non-mailable and need to be removed. 15 USC 1681 section 604a section 2 states that In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to who it relates. The Consumer reporting agencies Experian, XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this inaccurate information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to report any name but the name and address supplied in supporting document whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, non written or otherwise is revoked. I was never informed of my right to exercise my non disclosure option. Also, 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) states Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. These names and addresses are adverse items on my report that have an adverse effect on the way lenders perceive my stability. They are reporting these without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 168s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681 e states Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishings of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) states Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. By violating section 1681b for permissible purposes and 1681c for information contained in consumer reports Experian, XXXX, and XXXX are also violating compliance procedures under this title. Not only have these listed agencies violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, but also the Privacy Act of 1974 5 USC 552a as these grievances fall under this Act as well.

The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete accounts that are not reporting accurately According to 15 USC 1681b ( 1 ) the credit bureaus don't have no written premission According to 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this.

That a violation of 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Under 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) A ) Subject to to subsection ( f ) and expect as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumers notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or deleted the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.
