Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the multiple unsuccessful attempts I have made to correct inaccuracies in my credit report, specifically pertaining to the incorrect reporting of late open accounts and charge-off accounts. Despite my persistent efforts and the submission of relevant documentation, these issues remain unresolved. I have diligently followed the established dispute process, submitting letters and supporting documentation to rectify the inaccuracies related to the late open accounts and charge-off accounts on my credit report. Unfortunately, these corrections have not been implemented, negatively impacting my credit score and financial standing. I would like to highlight the following concerns : The inaccuracies in reporting, including late open accounts and charge-offs, have significantly affected my creditworthiness. This has resulted in challenges obtaining favorable interest rates and credit approvals, hindering my ability to make financial decisions. The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) mandates that consumer reporting agencies promptly investigate and correct inaccurate information. It is disheartening to note that, despite my diligent efforts, the necessary corrections have not been made to my credit report, indicating a failure to comply with the FCRA. The persistence of these inaccuracies, despite my multiple attempts, is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to higher authorities and legal channels if this matter is not promptly and satisfactorily addressed. I insist on your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution to correct the inaccuracies related to late open accounts and removal of charge-off accounts on my credit report. I demand detailed information on the steps being taken to investigate and correct these issues. I expect a written response within 15 days, as the urgency of this matter necessitates a more expedited resolution. This response should outline the results of your investigation and the concrete actions taken to rectify the inaccuracies. Failure to address this issue within the specified timeframe will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal remedies aggressively. I am asking for your assistance to correct these late open and remove the charge off accounts in my credit file : 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : {$1500.00} - Please check the XXXX XXXX and XXXX information on this account and adjust accordingly. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$37000.00} - You are reporting different information from other bureaus. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be updated. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00} - XXXX requested an investigation and the removal of the charge-off status. No changes were made. No investigation was conducted at all. You had optimal time to review this matter and make the appropriate corrections, you elected not to. Please remove this item immediately. XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$16000.00} - The limit to this account was a fraction of the amount due it as stated. That is utterly unfathomable! Had a proper investigation been conducted you would have seen the error and corrected it immediately. You failed to do your job ; you must now REMOVE THIS ITEM ALTOGETHER. XXXX. XXXX XXXX Balance : {$7900.00} - I believe this account is reporting inaccurately. I do not recall ever having a legal obligation with this company nor do I believe one exists. Please provide me with verifiable proof this account belongs to me. I request a signed contract which is the ONLY LEGAL authority that stipulates an agreement. Please remove it.

Consumer Complaint: I notice the following charge offs from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX & XXXX reporting on my credit reports. A charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness. According to the Internal Revenue Services, if a debt is canceled, forgiven, or discharged for less than the amount owed, the amount of the canceled debt is taxable. If taxable, i must report the canceled debt on my tax return for the year in which the cancellation occurred, which is considered income. Income can not be reported on my credit report so these charge offs must be removed.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX under complaint # XXXX I filed a complaint against Experian credit reporting and its senior regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX as to incorrect, false and misleading statements/ reports on my Experian credit report related to a creditor XXXX XXXX. Since then, company replied on XX/XX/XXXX to this agency that they couldnt investigate due to the possibility of a 3rd party possibility filing this complaint and wanted additional details as to my identity. This request just a delay tactic of Experian and its senior regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX just to delay or bring transparency to my complaint. I refilled additional complaint with my identity credentials as to move forward and get the answers to my complaint. This additional complaint was filed on XX/XX/XXXX under complaint # XXXX. Experian replied to this new complaint on XX/XX/XXXX stating The company is still working on this and is in response as of XX/XX/XXXX. Although on this new complaint, which is directly related to the 1st complaint but now has additional identity information was submitted, Experian still has not responded or sent a response with articulating exactly how Experians regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX 1st investigated my complaint with XXXX XXXX creditor back in XX/XX/XXXX then XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, suddenly appearing on my credit report. Experian, through their regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX responded that she verified, confirmed and stated this XXXX XXXX reporting was accurate. Only after filing a complaint with the XXXX did XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX wrote back to the XXXX that this XXXX XXXX do not presently appear on creditors Experian credit report. Again, with this new complaint for a explanation as to how Experian and its senior regulatory affairs associate XXXX stated she verified, confirmed and this XXXX XXXX information and its related default and other poor information was correctly being reported, suddenly reported with the XXXX that now XXXX XXXX information doesnt appear on my credit report. This was incompetent, false and inaccurate reporting and investigation by Experian and its regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX. Filing this complaint on XX/XX/XXXX asking for a complete explanation, only for Experian to respond to the 1st complaint on XX/XX/XXXX with an excuse was unacceptable. Experian stated they cant further investigate this due to possible XXXX XXXX filing this report. This leads to the second complaint with additional information and my identification to now receive that explanation as to why experian can verify information on my credit report as verified but then suddenly just report with additional complaints with the XXXX the disputed information doesnt presently exist is unacceptable and I want an explanation to XXXX incompetency and reason for such false and fraudulent investigation. To date, I still have not received a clarification explanation from XXXX XXXX as to her responsibility in this matter. Although this additional complaint can take up to 60 days, as stated in this pending complaint, Experian should not be allowed this time as they should be responsible to report within the 30 days due to original complaint back in XX/XX/XXXX. Experian, has already identified me through other complaints through their website and XXXX. This delay shows Experian is not being transparent and is just delaying a reasonable and legal solution and response to their actions
