I filed a CFPB and FTC complaint with the company. I receive nothing. They deleted from 2 credit bureaus expect one! They are damaging my credit which is a defamation to my character! They have not supplied the credit bureau or me with any verification. They have violated numerous laws! I am Demanding Deletion from my consumer report or else I'm going to pursue litigation. Ive called this company numerous times all I get is hung up on. previously disputed this account stating : " I never had a contract with this debt collector for any debt. Please provide proof from the original creditor that this debt collector owns this debt and has the legal authority to collect it or delete this account.
