Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote and asked Experian to update my XXXX information as there was inaccurate and outdated information being furnished. I have only been met with opposition. I checked my consumer report on XX/XX/XXXX and the outdated information has not been deleted. The XXXX states that information must be accurate and complete. I am just asking the consumer reporting agency to do their part in making sure my consumer file is complete and accurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e - Compliance procedures ( b ) ACCURACY OF REPORT Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. The Consumer reports must be accurate this is law! Please make all the correct updates as requested and delete all old inaccurate outdated and irrelevant information from my consumer report!
