Despite multiple requests for resolution, the issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and eroding my confidence in your institution 's service. I initiated the process to open an account with your institution. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the account opening was delayed. Since then, I have made several attempts to rectify this situation by reaching out to your customer service department, submitting formal requests, and adhering to the prescribed procedures for addressing such issues. Regrettably, each attempt to correct the late opening of my account has been met with inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of tangible progress. Re : VIOLATIONS OF THE UNFAIR CREDIT ACT. I am lodging a formal complaint towards all ( 3 ) three NATIONAL credit bureaus. My XXXXredit Issues applies to all above. CPA does not have a button to select all such as : Incorrect information on your report ( account or personal information incorrect, information not mine ). Credit monitoring or identity theft protection services. Unable to get your credit report or credit score! Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize! OMG, WOW... .can anyone please explain to me how in the world I can visit XXXX car lots on XXXX credit report XXXX car lots on another credit report XXXX car lots on another report. Just look at all these crazy # # # AUTO INQUIRIES on my national credit reports! Seriously These inquiries listings are absurd!! I demand immediately all of these UNKNOWN AUTO inquiries except the auto dealerships highlighted in my attachments I attended that are in person be removed ASAP from ALL XXXX of my NATIONAL credit reports! There's ABSOLUTELY no way I can go to all of these car lots. All these inquiries are killing my credit reports and I don't deserve this! No consumer deserves this kind of credit inquiry abuse. This is totally unreal Over 100 inquires? Really??? CPA, I have enough goings on with my credit reports. I need NO HELP suffering on my credit reports as you can witness and see can we please get these inquiries off of my credit report. I have screenshotted each report and sent it over to the Federal Trade commission. I have also contacted United States White House to ask them to speak to whoever is in charge of the to get this kind of madness stopped. Honestly, its a XXXX shame when you go to one ( 1 ) And I mean exactly XXXX dealership car lot to apply for Automobile credit its so sad the dealerships you go to ABSOLUTLEY for no reasons whatsoever run MASS credit reports all over the XXXX world trying to get you financed that XXXX needs to stop too and that's how I ended up with all those MASSIVE Inquires. There are companies Ive never even heard of that has sent me letter turning me down when infact I have never the XXXX even applied. Furious right now completely furious! This is unacceptable! Nobody in the right mind can get to these many car lots. NOBODY! This kind of bad inquiry UNFAIR credit Act should indeed be seriously against the law. OMG you mean to tell me thatif you show up to XXXX car lots to apply for a XXXX auto loan and its perfectly alright for these same XXXX car lots to by FAIR CREDIT ACT can absolutely ruin your credit by sending your credit application out to over a thousand banks, finance companies, XXXX unions ect, this is ridiculous all those inquiries should be on the car lot not the consumer! PLEASE get these inquiries off of my report there's no way I can be all these places it's crazy and it violates my civil rights and it goes against the Fair credit act enough already. please explain to me why you are sitting back getting XXXX paychecks allowing these three national credit bureaus to ruin consumers lives. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and Experian are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and Experian do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, Experian, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and Experian are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.
