Consumer Complaint: Requested my mortgage be put back on my credit report via email on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and received a response from XXXX in Customer Relations that my account information was forwarded for review. No further action taken. Called XXXX got voice mail and left a message with ticket # XXXX. Called them XXXX and was told they had the ticket and someone was working it. No date of when it would be added back on credit report. Called them XXXX and requested the ticket and it was placed. Ticket # XXXX. Called them XXXX and asked them to add to credit reports. Just given excuses. If the payment was late, they would report it. They took my XXXX XXXX and I have my XXXX Mortgage XXXX. Please get them to put it on my credit report because not having it there is detrimental to my XXXX XXXX!

Consumer Complaint: According to the most recent reinvestigation conducted on XX/XX/XXXX Report Number XXXX, I am seeking clarification on the verification process and the method employed to substantiate the reported information. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), Experian is mandated to perform a reasonable reinvestigation when a consumer disputes inaccurate and unverifiable items on their credit report. I am seeking detailed information on how the recent reinvestigation was carried out, including the method of verification. Verification Method : How was the information verified during the recent reinvestigation? Specify the method used, whether through written communication, electronic verification, or other means. Person Contacted : If a live person was contacted, kindly provide the name, title, and phone number of the individual. If the verification was conducted through a phone call, please include the date and time of the call. Transcript of Call : If a phone call was made, as calls are recorded, I request a transcript of the call, including the date and time for verification purposes. If Experian is unable to provide the method of verification in accordance with the FCRA, it raises concerns about the legitimacy of the recent reinvestigation and I would like all the items DELETED from my credit report.
