Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the XXXX XXXX I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I am requesting that these accounts not only be brought up to date regarding all the information that entails, I would also like to obtain documents or contract agreements from the original creditors and/or signed documents that bear my signature as proof that these accounts are in association with me. As a consumer, I am aware of my rights to question the accounts and have them properly investigated, updated or removed. Your inaccurate and incomplete reports are affecting me in negative ways and are in VIOLATION of the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: Experian Credit Bureau has implemented rules and policies which prohibit a consumer to update their current address. Experian has address information in my report that is old and out dated. When I asked XXXX from Florida to remove old address she refused and said she would mail me the Experian policy data that disclaims that my request can not be implemented. I want all old address information that is outdated to be removed immediately and only my current address to remain. Their policy is a direct violation of Section 623 of the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Experian, XXXX, and XXXX are damaging my estate by reporting illegal transactions that I never gave written, verbal, or any type of communication or permission to do. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not have an original contract with me and they can't produce the original documents and are using fake documents in violation of 15 USC 1692j. On top of that, The credit bureaus Experian, XXXX, and XXXX are also in violation of 15 USC 1692g, 15 USC 1692f, Privacy Act of 1974, 15 USC 1681g, 15 USC 1681b, 15 USC 1681c, 15 USC 1692d, 15 USC 1681c, 15 USC 1681i. Experian, XXXX, and XXXX has reported multiple addresses on my consumer report. I only have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX. All XXXX Credit Bureaus are in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are not companies that I have an agreement with and I never gave these companies my social security number and I never permitted anyone to place collections on my consumer report. That is identity theft!!!! It is a shame that these credit bureaus do not have regulations or standards in place to protect the consumer. Experian is the worse allowing any company to be posted to my consumer report. Neither did I receive any type of notice from Experian, XXXX, or XXXX while these companies are taking adverse action on me and that is a violation of 15 USC 1681m.
