Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a complaint about a late payment reported by Experian on XX/XX/XXXX, on XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account that I have. I told them that information was inaccurate as I have never been late on that account, it has been almost two months and as I see no action has bee taken. The account still shows the late, as well as PAYMENT STATUS remains unchanged. One more thing, the complaint is taking to long, as it still shows open.

Consumer Complaint: Complaint Against XXXX Wyoming Department of Family Services Dear CFPB, I am writing to file a complaint against the XXXX Wyoming Department of Family Services for multiple violations of my consumer rights and unauthorized use of my identity. I have reached out to this agency on numerous occasions, only to be met with ignorance of the law, prejudice based on the color of my skin, and continuous reporting of child support to my credit report, despite the fact that I owe no debt, as stated in accordance with 18 USC 8. The actions of this company are a clear violation of my consumer right to privacy, as outlined in 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ). Furthermore, they have no permission to report any information using my personal details, as stated in 15 USC 1681 ( 4 ). The inclusion of child support in my credit report is not only a violation of my rights but also a violation of the Separation of Powers Doctrine and the Michigan Constitution. This situation has had a devastating impact on my life and credit. I firmly believe that the state of Wyoming, through its Department of Family Services, is engaging in malicious, crooked, and ungodly behavior. Additionally, the agency is committing perjury and should be held accountable for fraud. Child support, in my view, is fraudulent and unconstitutional, constituting a violation of my constitutional rights. It is essentially a debt collection agency operating in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). The account in question is in violation of accurate reporting, as it falsely lists the Child Support Court as the furnisher, which is forgery and misleading, as the courts do not report this type of account. These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report, as they are in clear violation of the law. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681b, consumer reports can only be furnished under specific circumstances, and only with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. I have never given any consumer reporting agency written consent to report anything on my consumer report. The lack of consent in this situation amounts to identity theft. I kindly request that the CFPB investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the XXXX Wyoming Department of Family Services for their violations of consumer rights, unauthorized use of personal information, and fraudulent practices. I also urge you to bring this issue to the attention of the relevant authorities to ensure justice is served. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: In the process of trying to qualify for a deduction of my student loans, The Department of Education transferred them to XXXX. My credit report now shows double the entries for the same loans on my Experian credit report. I have disputed the entries twice, the last response being today XX/XX/, with no changes made. Their refusal to investigate and resolve this error have caused my debt-to-income ratio to falsely increase.

Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Consumer Complaint: there are inquiries that I do not recognize on my credit report. I did not give any of these following agencies and parties the authorization to make an inquiry on my credit. Especially with an active note of fraud alert that was on my account prior to the inquiries that were made against my credit report. All of the credit bureaus did not honor this request and none of the parties on my credit report consulted me about my credit being checked before running my credit whatsoever. Additionally I did not authorize any checks in relation to the parties involved with my consumer reports. Notably, XXXX XXXX XXXX checked my credit on a date that I did not recall and I spoke to them on XX/XX/2023 to confirm the inquiry made. XXXX XXXX checked my credit as well on a date that I did not recall and I spoke to them on XX/XX/2023 to confirm inquiry made. XXXX XXXX checked my credit also on a date that I did not recall and I spoke to them on XX/XX/2023. They all denied any participation in an unauthorized check on my credit. Under such provisions, my rights were violated. On Grounds : [ 15 USC 1681a ss 603 ( m ) ( 1-3 ) ; use of information was abused during the period which the fraud alert was active and the disposition of the circumstances within my rights were breeched by all the parties involved since there was no notable communication on my behalf ( reserved ), FCRA/FCR Title 12 X 1016.13 ; Contrary to rule, sustains the provision where information was misused and justifies prior law under my rights as a consumer, there was again, misuse and failure to provide supplemental notice and information to me and upholding my rights as the consumer, FCRA/FCR Title 12 X 1016.15 ; Relative to other violations in terms of practices ( Reserved ), 15 USC 1681 ss 602 ( a ) ( 1-4 ) & 15 USC 1681 ss 602 ( b ) ; ( As Defined ) Moreover, the entities, parties, affiliates, and agencies failed to adhere to policies and laws as outlined in this statute with careful consideration for myself and what has happened with the misuse of my consumer reports recording and authorizing information to be pulled without subsequent notice, especially when my consumer reports have a notable fraud alert notice and in requirements states that all authorization needed to run my consumer reports requires authorization from me, the consumer in advance whether it be verbally or written. 15 USC 1681b ss 604 ( b ) ( 1-2 ) & 15 USC 1681b ss 604 ( c ) ( 1-3 ) ; ( Sustained ) There was no disclosure of the usage of information from any and all parties involved with the initial inquiry made on my consumer reports at any point during the time and peaks that credit checks were authorized without my consent. Notably, this is also in justification and in protection of other laws as mentioned in my explanation and where violations have been made thus far. 15 USC 1681q ss 619 ; ( Reserved ) Under the relations and laws as mentioned, it is showcases and implies that my information was obtained and used under false pretenses which violates my rights as a consumer notably and support my stake in my complaint. 15 USC 1681o ss 617 ; ( Reserved ) Supports and justifies position with ss 619, ]

Consumer Complaint: I will file a complaint with XXXX XXXX as well. I was shopping rates on XXXX XXXX and wanted to see the terms I would get on a soft pull. The card was opened immediately without my consent. I called XXXX XXXX and requested to close the account immediately after I got notification that the card was opened ( within mins ) The card was closed fine however they were still going to report it to the credit bureau as a closed card. I do not believe this is right if a person has called immediately after the opening of an account. They tell me they have no ways of pulling this information off the credit report when they are the ones who send the report to the credit bureaus they absolutely should be able to turn around and either XXXX stop the reporting of it XXXX not report accounts that have been closed within XXXX hours of opening. After I confirmed the account was closed of course there was a hit on my credit which should not be registered or removed upon closing. Less than a few weeks later I get a statement saying there's a {$120.00} balance. I called immediately and found out there was an annual charge still on this card. Not only was I not given what the terms were in my exact credit scenario, they charged a annual fee that if i actually were going to get the card and keep it wouldn't have known because no terms were shown to me. This started with XXXX XXXX but I am am submitting a complain to XXXX XXXX for reporting improperly and inaccurate information on my credit report.
