Consumer Complaint: In mid-XXXX 2023 I received a notification from my credit monitoring service stating that one of my accounts was being reported delinquent. Upon evaluating my credit report I identified the source of the delinquent account information to be my XXXX credit card. I could not understand how this was possible, since I had set up autopay on that account directly on the XXXX website several years ago and the monthly minimum payments were always withdrawn from my checking account with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX . When I contacted XXXX about this issue the representative told me that the issue was the result of IT system failures as a result of systemwide data migration of their system, and that other customers were likewise impacted ( their autopay was also dropped ). I immediately brought my account balance to XXXX. The person that I initially talked to at XXXX was XXXX XXXX , a Resolution Specialist at the XXXX Contact Center . XXXX XXXX assured me that the dispute would be resolved but then she sent me an email stating that the company would not be correcting my credit report. I was shocked by this outcome since the missed payments were not the result of anything I did or failed to do. I then decided to escalate my complaint to a Resolution Manager at XXXX, who took the information but has not been able to resolve the issue. The managers name is XXXX XXXX. XXXX credit card acct number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX ( As a XXXX XXXX XXXX who was impacted by a data breach of XXXX Im enrolled in credit monitoring service. )

I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below.
