Consumer Complaint: I've identified several deviations from mandatory reporting standards, raising concerns about the accuracy and completeness of the information in my report. Consequently, I refute the allegations against me and challenge you to substantiate the reporting of this incomplete negative information on my credit report. As per 15 U.S.C 1681e, consumer reporting agencies must adhere to reasonable procedures to ensure the utmost accuracy of information in consumer reports. Additionally, 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) stipulates that furnishers must provide information about consumer accounts with integrity and accuracy, conducting reasonable investigations of consumer disputes following Metro 2 compliance standards outlined in the XXXX. Departing from these standards jeopardizes the integrity of the data, as highlighted in the XXXX. Reporting errors can compromise the accuracy of federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am exercising my rights to contest these inaccuracies and non-compliant items. Ignoring my request would signify a disregard for my consumer rights. Reporting unconfirmed and potentially unethical information that does not meet certified standards is unjust. I dispute these claims and request evidence of proper reporting standards. Your actions are a violation of my rights, as detailed in this document. The incomplete and non-compliant nature of the report fails to meet legal standards. I demand certification of all aspects of required FCRA/Metro 2 compliance truthfully, correctly, and in a timely manner. Failure to comply may prompt me to escalate these issues to the CFPB, FTC, and my Attorney General.

Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: In reference to an account of XXXX XXXX, Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX - I sent a letter letting Experian know that this account is not being reported correctly, and to please update to show that it's never been paid late. I received no response. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent a letter to Experian following up that this account is still showing incorrect information and that it needs to be updated to show never paid late. I received no response. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent a letter to Experian letting them know that this account is still showing incorrect information, and that it needs to be updated to show never paid late. I asked for the method of verifying this information - but again, never received a response. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent a letter to Experian informing them once again that this account is continuing to show incorrect information, and it needs to be updated to show never paid late. - Once again, no response. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent a letter to Experian explaining the numerous letters I have sent to them over the months since XXXX XXXX and explained that they continue to report inaccurate information that is damaging my credit profile. I sent them factual information that shows the data furnisher that is reporting this account is reporting different information to different credit bureaus. There is NO WAY that this can be verified as accurate. I advised that if this was not resolved, I would be filing a complaint with the CFPB. I have never received any response to my letters. The only way I know what is going on is by looking online at my credit report/profile to see what they are updating. They continue to report inaccurate, damaging information and continue to put a statement that it has been verified on the account.

Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint against Experian and XXXX, two major credit reporting agencies, for apparent violations of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 USC 1681e ( b ) and 15 USC 1681i, Section 611. Over the past several weeks, I have been actively disputing inaccuracies on my credit report with both Experian and XXXX. Despite my continuous efforts and communication, I have observed persistent discrepancies that have not been addressed appropriately. 15 USC 1681e ( b ) : Under this section of the FCRA, consumer reporting agencies are required to follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of the information in a consumer report. It appears that both Experian and XXXX have failed to adhere to these reasonable procedures, as the inaccuracies on my credit report have not been rectified, causing significant harm to my creditworthiness. According to this section, a consumer reporting agency is obligated to conduct a reasonable investigation into disputed information within 30 days. Despite disputing the information on my credit report for an extended period, neither Experian nor XXXX have provided me with a description of the investigation process, as mandated by the FCRA. I will kindly request that the Office of the Attorney General investigate the actions of Experian and XXXX concerning my credit report. Specifically, I am seeking assistance in ensuring that both agencies adhere to the provisions of the FCRA, promptly conduct a thorough investigation into the disputed information, and provide me with a detailed description of the investigation process as outlined in Section 611. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Consumer Protection Division will conduct a thorough investigation into the alleged violations by Experian and XXXX. I look forward to a prompt resolution to rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report and that both credit reporting agencies comply with federal law.
