Consumer Complaint: FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE Experian sent over dispute results for report # XXXX & advised accounts was verified and updated. I do not believe Experian performed an investigation required by the FCRA because it would be impossible for the mismatch data points to be verified as accurate. Experian has violated my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act I'm giving Experian XXXX last opportunity to delete the obviously inaccurate accounts below or I will be requesting {$1000.00} in damages because of there failure to investigate the inaccuracies on the accounts mentioned as outline in the FCRA. I have highlighted and showed the documentation with the many inaccuracies such as date opened, date reported, number of late payments, balance amounts, and the status of the accounts. Instead Experian put in the dispute notes these exact words " Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information.Therefore, we can not update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer credit reporting agency '' My rights have been VIOLATED by Experian!!! I am requesting that Experian send me a method of verification on the accounts that I know is inaccurate. How was information verified on the above accounts?? By the provision of the fair credit reporting act I demand these items be investigated and removed from my credit report it is my understanding that you will reverify these accounts with the creditor that posted them. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify I understand that under 15 U.S.C section 1681 ( i ) a you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.These entries are in violation of my consumer rights under federal and state laws. Inaccurate Reporting : I have reason to believe that the reporting of this charge-off and collection is inaccurate, and I have not been provided with sufficient proof of the debt 's validity or any prior validation, as required by the FDCPA. Lack of Verification : The debt was never properly validated as required by the FDCPA. Consumer Complaint: XXXX, Experian, and XXXX continue to inaccurately report the account listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. There is a balance showing as due when in fact the account should be listed as paid as agreed. The loan has been paid in full furthermore any finance charge is a purchase money loan which is a cash advance in lieu of the finance charge. Therefore I funded this loan and can not be indebted. The only reason the credit bureaus are inaccurately reporting the account is due to double dipping by being paid by XXXX XXXX XXXX while selling my personal information which puts my information at risk of being exposed due to data breaches. ( d ) Purchase money loan.
