Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate the account ( XXXX ) : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. Having received a copy of my updated credit report and seeing that it is still inaccurate and not of my knowledge, by law, this has to be removed my account.

Consumer Complaint: Experian and XXXX XXXX continue to report inaccurate information. I have exclusive equitable claims to my financial asset which is the contract that is the security for this transaction. I do believe XXXX XXXX has failed to accurately account for this transaction. The equitable interest payments and principal balance are due to me and XXXX XXXX is responsible for the taxes. Because I know XXXX XXXX has failed to provide a return on my investment I am notifying the XXXX XXXX XXXX to audit this account to ensure accurately. Experian should not be reporting any late payments on this account as the interest is supposed to settle any amount due.
