Consumer Complaint: My oldest credit card which is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with a limit of {$80000.00} has strangely disappeared from my credit report on all the credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and Experian ) and I have contacted them individually since XXXX, 2023 when I first noticed it and nothing has been done, I keep calling them and they say same thing every time that they see it from their end but I do not see it when I check my report and more importantly the banks and creditors do not see as well and that has affected my credit card and loan applications because my credit profile without the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card looks not good enough. I have already contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told me they report my credit to these bureaus and it is a problem from them and not XXXX. Also XXXX since XXXX has totally wiped out my credit history and when I check my profile every is blank and I have contacted since XX/XX/2023 and nothing has been done. Kindly help me fix my credit report. Thank you.
