Consumer Complaint: Experian Credit Reporting does not seem to be in alignment with XXXX and XXXX ; the information is always so different. Experian does numerous " soft inquiries '', many emails offering credit, etc. I do not think they are legit and should no longer do business or have business representing consumers. Experian reflects negative information on consumers like myself that is victimized by their notorious and inaccurate reporting that hurts a lot of consumers and it needs to stop! This company is releasing -- sharing consumer information to third parties. Something needs to be done with this. They are truly hurting millions of consumers that are minority and low to middle consumers. Everyday there is an email from them offering credit options. There are many people that are homeless, jobless -- and completely in miserable situations because of these credit reporting agencies like Experian. It has to stop! XXXX XXXX, minorities and low income -- like myself have been victimized by this company that has been existing for years and continue to victimize and control innocent and decent citizens. After many years researching, this company has put many homeless. I pray you will investigate, research and delete this company as being a part of a legitimate " American credit reporting Agency ''! XXXX sees and knows All things.

Consumer Complaint: Attached are TWO ( 2 ) prior complaints I have made against Experian credit reporting and its senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, XXXX XXXX. Both attached pending complaints as you can see, the company, Experian stays in progress. One complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX with Experian replying on XX/XX/XXXX as Company still in progress. This complaint # is XXXX The 2nd complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX and sent to Experian, is now also being in status of Companys response is in progress as of XX/XX/XXXX. Both of this complaints were filed as a recent XXXX XXXX XXXX complaint was also file and Experian refused to take appropriate action to address this same issue. This problem has been an ongoing issue with Experian who refuses to provide clarity and transparency in this reporting of XXXX creditor. As you can see attached, my Experian report show two ( 2 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts with red highlights as to Potentially Negative next to both. The issue is there is only one ( 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX account that is accurate and that is the 1st one, marked with # 1 and account starting with # XXXX and has status updated information as of XX/XX/XXXX. This account was in collections as I fell behind in payments directly due to complications with Covid 19 and economic conditions. I stayed in contact with XXXX XXXX since the start of going into default, promising to work out a payment plan. Since then, in XXXX of XXXX I was finally able to speak directly to XXXX XXXX recovery and collections department and pay off this debt for less then what was owed in a settlement, ( see attached document ). This information show be the only XXXX XXXX creditor information on my Experian credit report. As you can see, Experian has a second XXXX XXXX XXXX with potentially negative also appearing on my report with an account # XXXX with information as to being Transferred, closed, {$7300.00} and written off with an updated status of XX/XX/XXXX. This information is completely misleading and incorrect. This should have been removed immediately when the undated information of XX/XX/XXXX as being Paid, in full for less then full balance. This XXXX XXXX XXXX is the same creditor but Experian refuses to remove outdated, inaccurate and misleading information and property report this creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX with the appropriate accurate information as paid, closed. The other outdated information as of. XX/XX/XXXX should have been removed and updated as it does nothing but mislead a viewer to see that there are two XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts on my Experian credit report, both with potentially negative next to them. In all honesty, it should only show one ( 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX with potentially negative and thats the updated account information done on XX/XX/XXXX. AGAIN, with two pending complaints with Experian and their horrible, incompetent and failing investigation by their senior regulatory affairs associate, XXXX XXXX continues to ignore this complaint over and over. This false reporting with last updated information as of XX/XX/XXXX being left ignored and not removed will continue to show inaccurate, misleading and totally inaccurate credit reporting by Experian. Doing so hurts my fico score, not allowing me to apply for credit with other creditors or request credit increases let alone having to pay higher insurance premiums do to a lower fico score. Creditors will see this false information on my Experian credit report and take it as I have two XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts with potentially negative information when I actually only have one that shows accurately being paid and closed as of XX/XX/XXXX. This is outrageous and unacceptable business practices by Experian and a person, XXXX XXXX the Senior regulatory affairs associate who is put in charge of fully investigating, verifying and accurately disclosing full transparency and accurately, of consumers credit. And if there are updates or mistakes, to fix and accurately correct these incidents. This has not happened or have been addressed in previous complaints. A complaint with the XXXX was made and Experian replied that they verified and confirmed this information of last updated information of XX/XX/XXXX was accurately being reported. Thats completely false and untrue. I called XXXX XXXX myself on two separate occasions during the several disputes and XXXX XXXX collections department confirmed this account was active until I fell behind and was then sent to XXXX XXXX recovery department for collections. This account was Never transferred,, closed or written off as you can see in documents the original account was paid, closed in a settlement with XXXX XXXX, no other collections agency, only XXXX XXXX and their collections department of XXXX XXXX This account was always kept internal with XXXX XXXX and again, was never closed, written off. This account was paid, closed and settled in XX/XX/XXXX for less then the balance with an agreement. I share this email with my mom so please do not allow Experian use the excuse that they cant identify me because this email is associated with someone else. I have provided my last four numbers of my social security number, my date of birth and related information. This email and my contact information is verified. In past, Experian has tried to use this excuse to delay a transparent and timely response as you can see in two pending complaints Ive attached but Experian is delaying this process
